They provide exceptional rug cleaning services. We have used Cline’s for years for a wide variety of area rugs in our home. They provide pick-​up and drop-​off services and are punctual and communicative. They have managed to remove a wide variety of stains from our rugs over the years and return them looking better than new. Highly recommended.

We recently had a large area rug cleaned. Cline’ s was excellent and professional from making the appointment to having the rug returned.
When I set up the appointment, they were very clear about what the costs would be, They sent me an e-​mail to confirm the day and time they would pick up the rug. They arrived on time and easily removed the rug. They contacted me for approval of the final cost.
I made an appointment to have the rug returned, got an e-​mail to confirm. They arrived on time and quickly and professionally unrolled the rug (extra charge for this… it was worth it!).
The rug looks great. I would definitely use them again.
