I set up an appointment the night before for a plumber to come by at 9 AM to get my shower drain looked at. At 20 past 9 I called to ask where he was, and the woman on the phone was very rude to tell me «he just woke up, I don’t know when he’ll get there, but he’s on his way. I’ll have him call you» The plumber called around 10 to tell me he was leaving soon and would be there in a couple hours, basically being at least three hours late. Needless to say, I can’t trust someone to fix anything if they can’t have the courtesy to show up for the appointment. I called someone else

it was a late friday night and we needed a plumber asap and these guys showed up and didn’t leave until the job got done (they left late, maybe pat 1am or so…) these guys are super reliable and excellent to deal with — totally dependable!
