i do not understand how or why this location is even still open!!! this store is very unprofessional and full of incompetent employees. they do not know what they are doing and lack customer service skills. every time i order online, this is store that delivers to me and always get my order wrong!!! if i call the ralph store, they will deliver to me but then i do not get my reward points. when they screw up on the order, they make it very obvious it is a big inconvenience for them to correct it; or they make you feel like its your fault. «the driver is not responsible for incorrect orders», almost all of the drivers tell me this when i call them about the delivery. it is their responsibility to check it before they leave because they are the ones who will have to come back with it corrected, if in fact, they ever do decide to bring it back. i think im just going to be completely done with dominos. i work hard for my money, so inwhen i spend it on a product/service, i should get what i pay for. the worst thing you could ever do is pay for your order with a debit/credit card…

Every time I order from this store I never get what I ordered. I’m used to them taking forever with my order but it always sucks when I order toppings on a pizza and never get it. There’s nothing worse then when you order pepperoni and get a plain pizza. I didn’t want to send it back for a refund because I was hungry, so I just ate the plain pizza. Also every time I ordered a dipping cup(blue cheese) they always forget to send it and never refund my money for it. I like that they are open late but just expect them to get your order wrong after 12am.

Worst CUSTOMERSERVICEINLIFE!!! There is a 23 year old manager Quincy that doesn’t understand what customer service is. If u have a customer waiting you ask the person how may I help u it’s so basic this concept. There is a girl in their that pretends she can’t hear when u ask her questions. Huh? Huh? I sat in there for five minutes no one acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. My order was not ready. When I called they said it would be ready in 10 min. It’s just a mess. Don’t expect anything that’s the only way you will come away satisfied. If I could give it zero stars I would.

This is by far THE worst Domino’s to order from in Brooklyn. Please save your money. The«manager» KAREEM is completely incompetent and I hope he loses his job because of such poor customer service handling. He had the nerve to call ME «extra» after his untrained, non-English speaking staff delivered me the wrong pizza. After his tone, I told him I would call corporate(which I did, immediately) and he even insisted that I call them and he refused to deliver my correct order. Completely unacceptable and unethical of the entire team. I could barely enjoy my pizza after the exchange. Literally money burned. I don’t recommend anyone ever order from here. This location will not strive with such business practices. Little piece of advice to the hiring department… Leave the«no home training», «juvenile delinquent» kids at home. You’d be surprised that the Lil Caesar’s near Winthrop and Utica, while not the best taste, has MUCH better customer service and respectful, articulate staff unlike this crappy establishment, and I wouldn’t mind driving over there anytime to deal with that. Quality over quantity.

NONONONONO! Delivery took an hour … This place is a 4 min walk from me… Wish I would of looked before hand(I’m from out of town). Also I ordered bread bowl pasta, and glad that’s the only thing I ordered. That put what they wanted to put in my food. I wanted philly steak mushrooms and onions and they put spinach tomatoes and onions whatever I know not to ordered from here again. And the delivery driver seemed so clueless and slow

I had avoided ordering from Dominos over the last year because of the slow delivery time. Today I tried ordering again, the order came quick, but when I opened my thin crust it looked like it had been dropped on the floor. All the pieces strewn inside the box. Never ordering here again.

No stars for this location! I gave one because we have to give at least one. It took over an hour for my delivery and I live less than 5 minutes away. Order confirmation stated my order will be delivered in 19 – 29 minutes. When I called to check on my order I had a 6 minute hold time prior to a live person speaking to me. When Devin came on the line he was unapologetic but listened to my ranting. He then pathetically attempted to console me by telling me, again unapologetically, that my order had already left and was on its way. I normally do not use this location but now I never will again. When the driver arrived he offered an apology but I couldn’t bear to listen. He then proceeded to stated the reason for the delay which frustrated me even further. I am done with this Dominos, if not the entire franchise.

The problem I have with this place is they lie and I cannot do business with liars. I bought two orders of wings and a large pie. The driver brings one order of wings, a large pie and a chocolate lava cake. So I told him the situation he tells me to calls the store and he will redeliver them for me. No problem. This was at 1025pm when the delivery was made. I was on hold for over an hour when I called the store. Only to be told around 1145 that the driver was coming back with the wings. It’s 317 am… No wings ever. The store is now closed for the night of course. Oh and of course they charged me for them. Tomorrow they will feel my wrath. They only get two stars because the food they did bring was good and the driver tried to ease my pain with chocolate lava cake which I don’t eat. Smh

This location is ridiculous! Every single time i’ve ordered from this location, my order has been more than an hour late. Then having them lie to me when I called claiming my order just left, isnt fun either. They seem to have nice employees but their timing and absent mindedness is bringing this location down.

My pizza was warm. No stretch of cheese and I ordered extra cheese. I paid extra for ranch and then received a call stating that this location had no ranch(Guy was polite however). I had to opt out for a soda since receiving a $ 1.00 refund would have required me to cancel my order and completely reorder without adding ranch. I didn’t really want soda. Best bet, order from the nearest pizza hut —(718) 462‑0282.

The service is absolutely and utterly terrible! The worst Dominos in Brooklyn. Constantly hanging up on you or you can never get through. Every single time I have ordered from here, they either accidentally cancel my order or claim they delivered the pizza but I never answered the phone. My phone was right next to me all night with 4 out of 5 bars on 4G network. One time the manager then offered me a free pizza for the next day, but the employees said they weren’t going to deliver when he wasn’t there. Honestly, I think the staff sit around and do nothing, and hope someone calls or comes in ready to argue. They need some type of excitement in their lives. I guess Dominos is not exciting enough for them. Also one time a few months later, I decided to do carryout upon the suggestion of my friend. I called ahead and they hung up on me twice. The horrible service had not changed. When I got there to order, the front window employee was chilling on the phone. When he finally got off his leisure call, he took my order. However, when he repeated it back to me, he got it wrong. I had to correct him multiple times. After waiting for over 30 minutes, I finally got my pizza and left. I tried to give them another chance doing something different, but this Dominos likes to runs things in a fashion that angers customers and lose business. It disgusts me. I’m glad to know I won’t be wasting my money there anymore.

This place is horrible, staff is rude, they never ever follow the instruction given as to how I want my pizza prepared. Just yesterday we ordered online and the system said it was out for delivery then 2 hours later it said delivered and we never got our food. Keep in mind we ordered at 7:40 and waited till 10:40. We called every 5 minutes and to my surprise no one answered the whole time. This place needs a new staff cuz the current staff must be a bunch of fools who are completely unaware as to how to run a business. What a joke. One more thing the damn drivers who deliver the food don’t even make a little effort to leave the car to bring you your pizza, it’s 30 degrees outside and you think being that their job is to deliver your food and they no you don’t have on a coat, that they would make a effort to bring it to you. I know times are tough but the manager of this place needs to be replaced or retrained cause he is a joke. I’m done!
