6÷14÷2016 Worst mistake of my life. Tried to give them another chance. Ordered using app at 7:06PM. received email of promised delivery time between 45 –52 minute. Checked tracker @7:46… It was still in PREP stage. Called them immediately and was on hold until 8:29 and got disconnected. I can’t get through for 40 minutes!!! I can’t even ask or cancel my order this time. Now at 8:36pm, 1 hour 30 minutes later, it is in OVEN stage. And I am once again, on hold trying to get through. Avoid this store!!! This store is a fraud. The worst store ever. I am deleting the app and will never, ever order from dominos again. I am truly sorry I gave this store a second chance. Dominoes, if you are smart. Either close this store or find someone to manage it right. They will turn your customers into dominos Haters.

Worst dominoes ever. Bad service. Slow. If you plan on being hungry for HOURS then please order from them. You can’t even get through to check on your order status. They probably do this on purpose to avoid order cancellation… Anyways. Avoid them at all costs. Go to your local Brooklyn pizza shop. Quicker, cheaper, faster and probably better.

This was my second time ordering from this location. I placed an order online today, and after an hour I had still had not received my order. The tracker said my order was under«quality review» for almost 45 minutes. I then called the location twice, but was not able to get through to the store. I had basically given up on the order and figured they were closed or something, but then I finally got a call almost 2 hours after placing my order. My phone isn’t working properly, so as soon as I saw the call, I went to my front door to meet the deliveryman. He wasn’t at the door; instead he was in his car, about to drive away. I chased after him barefooted to indicate that I was there. The driver started yelling at me about not picking up my phone and continued yelling even as I tried to explain the situation with my phone and the fact that I had come to the door very soon after my phone had started ringing. Especially considering how late the delivery was, I was surprised to see how rude the driver was. I was handed my order through the window of the car, and he had driven off before I could even ask if I was supposed to sign a receipt.

If it was possible to give negative stars I would. This place has literally only one thing going for it: consistency. Unfortunately that consistency is in poor service, disgusting food, incorrect and missing orders and rude and inconsiderate staff. Over the past year I’ve been ordering from them I’ve probably only received my delivery as ordered and on time once. Every other time I’ve been forced to deal with one of the many mistakes listed above. Unfortunately, they’ll probably never be shut down since they’re a chain but I can say for certain that I will no longer be ordering from them.

At 11:30pm I got a text saying my order was going to be delivered by Howard. At midnight still no order and theyre literally down the street so I called them and after waiting on hold for 5 minutes an extremely irritable girl picked up when I asked politely if i could get an eta on my food she asked for my address which i gave her and then after a minute she said it was on its way and would be there shortly, i asked of she had any idea what the eta would be and she sighed like this was the most challenging question shed ever gotten and then replied with an «i dont know miss, shortly» and hung up. At that point i knew i was probably not going to be getting this food. At 1am there was still no food so I called them back, waited on hold forever, 1:15 I finally get someone on the line who i tell ive been waiting three hours for a pizza, he asks for my address then puts me on hold forever again. I listened to that stupid dominos recording like 40 times. He finally gets back on the line and says he has no order info for me, at this point im extremely frustrated and i tell him I called an hour earlier and was told my order was on the way. He asked for the persons info who told me that, i didnt have this so he was like i dont know hold on let me ask, he then starts talking to people in the background — he neglected to put me on hold this time so i can hear everything, one woman in particular is very vocal about how she doesnt have the order and she doesnt want to make the order. The guy comes back to the phone and says no one knows of my order, so i tell him alright well whoever Howard is was the one who was supposed to deliver my food so hes like well let me ask him, i hear a few more voices and then im put on hold. 2 seconds later a woman answers, the same one i heard earlier saying how she didnt want to make food or didnt know anything about my order, she tells me «We dont have your order, and no food, dispute the charges with your bank» Thats how she chooses to handle this, no sorry, no we can get this order out to you right away. nothing. The people who work here are completely incompetent and unprofessional and have absolutely no business working in customer service. spare yourselves the aggravation and order else where these people are terrible. I hope management sees this and hires some competent workers.

I ordered online and in 20 minutes my order status was ready for delivery by Javier the manager, over an hour later I called the store to get a status update due to the fact that the website said to alot 45 minutes. At that 1 hour and 20 minute mark, Javier«the manager» picked up the phone and had the audacity to tell me, «I can cancel my order and they will try again next time». Honestly, if someone orders food it’s because they are hungry, not because they want to give the dominos delivery guy a hard time for being a half hour late. Placing an order somewhere else will take even longer. Also as a manager, who in their right mind would order again from a location that treats people that way. It took a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes until I received my order. The delivery driver was a nice guy so I did give him a decent tip, it’s not his fault, but higher some good customer service reps atleast. Javier is the worst. To upper management, I understand your employees aren’t following through because u don’t want bad surveys but, no one updated the delivery as delivered so I couldn’t leave a comment. That’s illegal, I hope you know that, your rigging your ratings and profit margin. Nice doing business with you, guess you guys don’t like your jobs.

This was the worst customer experince ever. This place and employees is a complete joke. The customer service at this location was absolutely terrible, the young man or rude representative didn’t even have the patience to take my order and hung up the phone on me .When I called back to speak to a supervisor or manager, he completely said the person was not available. How am I suppose to order pizza when boy didn’t even have the patinece to complete and take my order. He was rude and beyond ghetto and kept referring me as mister. When he Cleary knew he was speaking with a women. He is an asshole.

I’ve never had a problem with them until now. Their customer service is ridiculously bad! I placed an order online and ordered extra sauces. My sauces did not come with my Order. So I called them up to check what was up. After waiting, someone picked up and put me on hold again. So I called again. Someone finally picked up and I was told that because I ordered online they couldn’t see that I ordered extra sauces and that if I wanted them I would have to go to the store and pick up. I told them that I couldn’t but if I could at least get a refund back since I did pay for them, I know it’s just like 2 bucks but still I was already upset with the way they were handling the situation. He cut me off and put me on hold and then came back was told that they weren’t able to refund me back. So now, I paid extra and even gave them a tip before I checked my order. I know this doesn’t really matter because it is just the sauces. But still, I would’ve hoped that the service would’ve been a little more helpful than this.

One star because their lack of customer service keeps failing. They were okay but I don’t know what happened that they started going downhill recently. I ordered today and it’s been 2 hrs and nothing but a driver calling me to go downstairs all so he could tell me that another driver was on their way to bring my food. A couples of days back i ordered and the driver calls me to go downstairs and he wasn’t even there because he got lost and needed help finding my location. Both times I have called no answer, they take too long to answer and when they do answer they are in mid– conversation. I’m tired of this place and their poor customer service I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

Located in the quickly developing area in cortelyou, this pizza place has competition from very special restaurants surrounding it. And since this isn’t really a restaurant, I will not review it as one. Dominos and papa johns always been my preferred places when I needed hot pies. This location made for us 3 pies, which we picked from the place. Now usually when I pick up something, they always forget to add everything, so I usually check. This time I was in a rush so I didn’t check. But they put everything they should have, including extra spices that I specifically asked. Good job.

Sorry but it’s a one star review, simply due to the fact that there is either a severe lack of responsibility in the store by the staff or time management isn’t their strong suit. Despite ordering from them on multiple occasions, my foods always either come slightly burnt or 30 – 40 minutes late. They don’t keep well updating their tracker either, not to mention it’s a hassle to get in touch with a customer service representative on their direct line. Overall tip for the future for anyone who reads this, don’t buy from here unless it’s the last thing around you. If there’s a food spot up the block and you don’t feel like walking, WALK you’ll be happy you did as the food won’t be as appealing here and you’ll have a more gratifying expression if you go elsewhere. Save your money and just choose another option!

3 hours for delivery. I’m an 11 minute walk from the store. I called after 1 and a half hours and they told me it was out for delivery. I called after 2 hours and the girl put me on hold to flirt with someone in the store. When i finally got my order, they forgot all of the sauces that I paid for. Worst service i’ve ever received. This Domino’s location should be closed. Their service is horrible. I placed an order with them recently and it took over two hours to deliver. Domino’s pizza tracker said my wait would be about 30 – 45 minutes. When I called the location about an hour into my wait, the manager picked up and said they were short on staff but my order would be out shortly as the delivery guy just walked in. I received a call about an hour later from the delivery guy saying he was downstairs so I went down expecting the pizza. To my surprise, no delivery guy! I called him back and he told me he was at the wrong address. I waited about another 20 – 30 minutes to receive my pizza, which I did not even want at that point.

Ok, now I’m on the hater train for this Dominos. I don’t know if they have a manager but the guy be sleeping on the job. I ordered my Pizza 2 hrs from writing this review. I haven’t received it yet but they called me without a message. When I try to call back no k e picks up the phone & an automated message runs for 5mins before I hung up. This is only my second time ordering from here & I’m now going to report them to corporate. First time I ordered I paid in cash. The delivery guy hardly spoke clear english, he didn’t know how to count & didn’t have change for my $ 20. Never ordering from here again unless they make it up with a guarantee of better service & a free pie or something.

Takes almost 2 hours every time I order from here. I called to ask why my order was late and was told it was out for delivery. An hour later I still hadn’t received it. Interesting because I live two blocks from the place. I could walk there in 10 minutes but they can’t drive here in two hours. Dominos HQ said the manager would call me regarding the issue. Never heard from him/her.

I called and couldn’t get them to answer and was on hold for 20mins. After two hours they finally called me when I told them that I tried to cancel, and no longer wanted to the pizza. Avoid this location. They have a policy where they will not deliver to your door.(must meet driver at curb) Also minimum hour wait(at best) for orders to arrive. And don’t bother trying to call the store. 95% of the time they won’t even answer, and if they do, they will hang up on you right away.

Location deserves to close. Service is absolutely horrendous(not that I should have expected Domino’s to actually have customer service). Ordered a cheese-less pizza. Yes, this is uncommon; however, the girl that took my order confirmed with me three times that I wanted it cheese-less, so I took this as a hopeful sign I would get what I paid for. Got the pizza home and it was covered in cheese. Called Domino’s telling them they made a mistake and they asked me to come get a new pizza, that they were«too backed up» to deliver me the correct one that it would take too long. I asked them if they were planning on compensating me at all for this major mistake, in addition to now requesting that I walk all the way back to pick up a new pizza. The not so lovely Domino’s employee promised me they would reimburse my credit card and the pizza would be free. Walked back to get the pizza and Domino’s acted like it was a major inconvenience to give me a new pizza. They grabbed the old pizza out of my hand, tossed it in the back, then walked away. Five minutes later, an employee came back, said, «Here ya go» and tossed my new pizza at me from behind the bullet proof glass, without even an apology. This place is the worse and I really hope it shuts down. And I never did get that reimbursement…
