Dunkin’ Donuts

Such rude staff! Or understaffed, only one person working. Will never return. Management clearly has no clue how to treat coustomers.

This is the WORST Dunkin Donuts I have ever encountered in my life, and that’s saying something considering the fact that I grew up in Boston where there’s a Dunkin Donuts every half mile. The staff here are incredibly rude and incompetent. If you ask for your coffee extra light, they still give you coffee that’s nearly black. Forget about getting sandwiches here too. They’re either freezing cold in the middle or burnt to a crisp. And in either circumstance, the staff flat out refuse to fix their mistake. I have called the corporate headquarters for Dunkin Donuts about this location several times to complain, but nothing is ever done. So either the owner is an idiot or they just don’t care about losing customers. I will never go back to this location, despite the fact that it’s only two blocks from my home. I’ll take the extra time to go over to Graham Ave., where I can get what I want without dealing with rude, incompetent staff.

By far the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve been too. I’m talking about the quality of food and drinks are so poor and absolutely inedible. I would avoid this one and go to the one by Graham ave instead. If you have no choice. avoid getting served by the little short indian dude, he makes the worst drinks you could possibly imagine. Mind you that I have been here several times and always get the same level of quality of absolute (insert word here) in drinks and food.

This is one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve been too. They are consistently bad, both food wise and service wise. They cannot keep the orders straight and this morning, made me an eggs benedict sandwich completely inedible. Also, the employees really couldn’t seem to care less about it. I know this is fast food but I seem to have problems there every time. Wouldn’t recommend.

Now and then one should indulge a guilty pleasure.

I’ve had the coffee before, and it’s actually not too bad all things considered. Better than starbucks!

All the girls are corteous here especially the spanish ones. The blond spanish girl is super thick so she’s a sight to look at when she makes my order. Its small but service is quick and not bad to look at as I said. They also open at 5am so when I broke night from a good night there great to get my bfest.

I love the girls who work here. Super friendly and really nice, they give you the feeling that they go out of their way to get your coffee, food etc.
I can’t give it more than 3 stars because it is still a regular Dunkin’ Donuts, however I do appreciate the small town coffee shop feel I get from going here, even though it is a chain.
