No sense of customer service. If you order something and they don’t understand you, it’s your faults and they get mad and give you attitude. Not what I need first thing in the morning. Go to Catskills bagel next door, or madelines across the street. You’ll thank me later

It really depends on who’s working. Some of the workers are great & of course there are the ones that are lazy as shit and can’t follow instructions. So it just depends on what time you go. The reason for 3 stars is because it ALWAYSSSSSSSCLOSESEARLY. According to the website they’re supposed to close at 11. But I’ve been there at 10 or 9 and it’s closed. I understand they can close early if it’s not busy but a whole 2 hours is a joke. It gets me really frustrated when I leave my house to grab a latte and the store is CLOSED. Other than that it’s not so bad

This store at this location is a joke. I often leave frustrated because I spend such a long time due to them being understaffed at different times of the day. They have 2 registers but usually only use one. Most customers leave out of frustration because the same person taking orders is the one that makes the sandwiches and the coffee which takes time from the other people in line. If they have 2 registers they should use 2 registers the line will flow quicker and there will be less frustrated possible customers walking out of the door.

Im not sure of why all the negative reviews here. DD makes really good coffee, sometimes it what you need to start the day. When you come here during the summer, you must have a Iced Latee with caramel and whipped cream. I love the addition of sandwiches, and the Turkey on a roll with cheddar cheese its good too. This location the staff isnt rude, try to be friendly. And most importantly they are quick with what they do. I find my self coming in and leaving under 5 minutes.

So here’s the deal. I freaking love Dunkin” Doughnuts!!! I lived in Philly for a little over 8 years and now I reside in Oakland CA. where we have no DD’s. I suppose mostly out of convenience I became a regular /addicted. As they say in the city of brotherly love my «jawns» are the iced coffee and the sausage egg and cheese on a bagel. Although neither of these or anything else on the menu is particularly healthy or even what«foodies» would consider food I’m still in Love w DD. It’s cheap and relies on the fast food formula of speed, convenience and reliability which may not work for all but does for me. Plus they never say no to Visa :) This location is cool because it’s right next to the Q stop and the air conditioning is always on BLAST! My only beef is that these big corporations don’t pay a proper living wage or offer their employees decent affordable health care :( Then again that’s sort of the deplorable standard across the entire food service industry…

I just don’t understand why anyone would chose to eat some preservative-pumped, microwaved, poor excuse for a breakfast sandwich from Dunkin Donuts when you could go to Catskill Bagel Co, or any of the other coffee shops/cafes on this street and have something freshly prepared… Support local businesses, support your community, go elsewhere!

Great to have another coffee place here, but the service is horrible. Told the employee what I wanted and he just went to the back to talk to another guy. Dunkin needs to watch who works at their stores.

This DD just opened earlier this week, and practically everyone in the neighborhood has been flocking to it. It’s been packed! I love that it’s so close to the train station. Basically take 30 steps and you’re right there. I went yesterday and got a frozen hot chocolate(which was meh), and a b’fast sammich(which was pretty good). Only complaints I have are that the wait to place my order was kind of long, and I was the next person in line! Also, when it was finally my turn to place my order, the friggin cashier was rushing me. Sheesh. But happy it’s in the neighborhood, as it’s definitely cheaper than some of the surrounding spots.
