Dunkin’ Donuts

Went in to grab a quick hot drink and was greeted once I went to the counter. The staff was well mannered and patient as I looked through the menu to order. Very friendly as well. Ordered the caramel macchiato and was made just the way j like it.

This is worst DD ever. They advertised their ice cream $ 1.31 per scoop. We ordered 2 one scoop cones and they charged us $ 2.99 plus tax each. The cashier said he gave us the medium scoop instead of the small one!
What’s? Their medium size scoop looks actually the same size as the small one and he didn’t ask me what size we want! The cashier is so rude and their price is misleading. Stay away

They just reopened today after construction. They have the sign up for $ 1.99 medium latte, machiatto, from 2−6pm. The cash register showed regular price. When I asked if it’s $ 1.99, the shift leader said it should give me the discount after scanning my card. Charged me at full price, and then just kept saying «I don’t know» without refunding money. Negative stars. Please just go to the more honest one eight blocks down.

I often go there to get an ice coffee in morning, but most of their donuts are too much sweet.

This is the worse DD. If they have a zero star rating I would have given them that rating. I went in and asked for an iced caramel latte and when I received my order it was a mocha latte. I told him I asked for caramel latte but he insist that I was wrong even though the receipt had the order right. Normally I would have just accepted it, but he got loud and stupid, repeatedly argued with me telling me I ordered wrong… He then proceeded to make another latte and made another mocha latte. What a f’ing idiot.

I heard about the croissant donut so I thought I’d try it out.
BIG MISTAKE.
It should be illegal to call it a croissant donut. There’s nothing in it that resembles a croissant.
When I took the first bite my first thought was «this is a donut an overpriced donut. «
Even their regular donuts taste better than this crap. It’s just overloaded with sugar and glaze.
Yeah me thinks not !!

This is our neighborhood Dunkin Donuts and it is extremely underwhelming. As avid iced coffee drinkers it is very rare for them to get your drink order correct. Starbucks succeeds in getting our drink correct very close to every time we go there, and most of the time the drinks we are ordering are more complex then the regular iced coffees we get at D&D. We have walked into this location for an afternoon donut and found they are out of donuts. We have also run into the situation of this location being out of decaf iced coffee. It really seems to us that management just really doesn’t care. If it wasn’t for this location being a block away, in walking distance, and limited options outside of driving to another location, we wouldn’t bother dealing with them.

Went there yesterday and ask if they make custom orders for baskin robbins cake and they said no. I went there for no reason so i went all the way to 19^th ave and 86^st to do it. Bad service!

If I could, I would give this location ZERO stars! The place is filthy, the service is slow and the Associates behind the counter are clueless!
I bought an ice cream cake for a friends birthday and was embarrassed by the quality of the cake. It was very dry and the ice cream was gummy! Go up the street to Alba and try a true ice cream cake made from fresh gelato ice cream.
Stay away from this place!!! The health department will be visiting soon!

I asked for a bagel with cream cheese and then when I left and was home already I got a bagel with no cream cheese but it was hot –_–

I couldn’t agree more with how everyone feels about this DD/​BR.
My boyfriend and I came here twice on a Friday night/​weekend nights to pick up ice cream. On our most recent visit, one of the workers was quite mean to us. The BR and DD section was split and each section had their own cash register. We l were waiting for the worker to take our order while we were lining up at the BR side when he told us we had to line up at the DD side. I couldn’t understand because we could have just told him what ice cream we wanted and he could have brought it to the side so we could pay for it when it was our turn. While we were lining up, we noticed another worker not doing much or helping customers. After waiting on line for 15 minutes — my boyfriend and I decided to leave.
The first time we got ice cream with the same rude worker, he didn’t even fill our ice cream to the max.
I wouldn’t recommend coming to this DD/​BR because the staff/​workers doesn’t seem to care much about their customers.

This location is horrible.
When I came here last night around 8PM, there was a long line. There were three people working there and two of them walked around and didn’t bother asking the customers if they needed help with anything. So basically only ONE guy was working. All I wanted was a vanilla milk shake but it took them 20 minutes to finally serve me.
Never coming to this location again! ugh!

One shouldn’t have any expectations walking into a D&D.

2. Place your order
3. Pay
4. Receive
5. Leave
6. Eat/​Drink
P. S. The female who served me was pleasant, albeit I was the only customer inside at that time.

The service is very hit or miss and usually it’s miss. They are extremely slow moving, and often unfriendly (a very generous way to describe the employees) it doesn’t matter how many times I say one sugar the second I sip my coffee its obvious they put many many sugars in my drink. I don’t know why they insist on over sweetening it repeatedly. But the biggest problem is that they are often out of cups. How does a coffee shop run out of cups? If you want a large coffee they’ll tell you we only have small cups and then suggest you order 2 or 3 small coffees to make up a large but they don’t charge you for a large they charge for 3 smalls which is substantially more than 1 large. Management needs some serious corporate help to get this location together

After 11pm its hit or miss with the service. YMMV

Okay, older guy who used to work there (or maybe still does?) is very sweet and attentive.
The two other idiots (younger guys) are pretty much waste of space. Work way too slow… get confused by each other… actually beaves and butt head is a perfect way to describe their work ethic.

The seating is fairly, and the people still dont speak english and are completeley rude and the manager guy got angry at me because i used the restroom and kicked me out calling me a bad word. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE TOO BE.

Can’t agree with the bad reviews, you know what to expect when you go to a DD, this place delivers everything you would expect.
Sometimes people cant serve with a smile, we all have problems but i’m not going to rip the place because the person making my coffee isnt happy at a particualr moment.
The pumpkin coolata is simply amazing and a must try even though the weather is getting colder

My sister bought 2 everything cream cheese bagels for us in the morning.
I’m sorry, I don’t understand why I pay more/​full price for these when. all I got was basically toasted bagel. It basically looked like they thinnly smeared a little bit of cream cheese on one side of the bagel with a finger.
IS THERE SOME CREAM CHEESE SHORTAGE I DONT KNOW ABOUT?

I’ve never seen a DD do this.
Look, if I wanted to be healthier and cut back on my fat consumption, I would NOT be going to Dunkin Donuts in the first place.
DD should not be making this decision for me anyways!!!
