Unacceptable. I ordered a decaf coffee and I watched the guy pour my coffee and he ran out of decaf coffee half way, then he just fill the rest up with hot water. I told him that I saw what he did and then he said he would make a fresh pot for me. This is totally unacceptable. Do not come here, who knows what other unethical greedy methods they do here.

This has to be one of the least competent Dunkin Donuts I’ve gone to. Their 31 below machine hasn’t been working in months and they still can’t make Coolattas because of equipment failure. Otherwise it’s like any other DD, just as sad as the rest of them.

I come in here religiously since I get migraines especially since the DD close to my job doesn’t carry the«swirl» variety flavors. Ovy the day manager(if I’m not mistaken) always gets my cup right. #facts

No restroom, no stars. It is absurd for a chain like Dunkin’ Donuts to not have a restroom, even to wash my hands. There is a lot of empty space that would be better used for something like a sink that actually serves a public health utility. I DO-NUT recommend this location if you plan to use your hands to eat!

This location is never actually open at 5:00 am as signs posted would have you believe — Dude strolls in more like 5:20 or 5:30 am. Just change your hours and give up this cruel charade.

I measured the receipt I got here for a cup of coffee at eight inches long. I get receipts shorter than this at Costco. I always tell the Dunkin cashier I don’t want a receipt, but the robots in there give it to me 75 percent of the time anyway. Today, when I told them I didn’t want a receipt, they said they were«obligated» to give it to me. Get with the times.

My husband will use his unlimited MetroCard and go someplace in Park Slope before walking the couple of blocks to get Saturday AM donuts here. Why? Well, we’re pretty health-conscious and donuts are a rare splurge. So, when we are going to splurge on donuts, we want our favorite kinds of donuts MY favorite kind is an old-fashioned, and Dunkin Donuts does not have them. They have a donut called an old-fashioned, but it’s just a cake donut with a barely perceptible ridge on the top with the stingiest bit of glaze. For my 2−3x a year donut splurge, only my favorite kind of donut, and a reasonable specimen of it, will do. For those of you who d o not share my old-fashioned fetish, you still may want to think twice. There are always a bunch of obnoxious teens hanging around, and even when they aren’t there and it seems deserted, it manages to be dirty, slow, and loud. I do not know how they accomplish that. But at the Starbucks on Court and Montague, you know how long it takes you to get served when you go in and the line is wrapped around itself? That’s how long it will take you if you are the only customer in this Dunkin Donuts. I also once asked the girl behind the counter how come the iced coffee had more calories than the regular, since both counts were given without milk or sugar, and it was the unflavored iced coffee. She said it was because of the ice. The ice made it bigger and thus had more calories. That explains a lot about what’s wrong with this location.

This place is disgusting! I was in there this morning and a roach crawled across my hand on the counter! The cashier saw it and looked mortified. He didn’t even apologize. He just stood there speechless. The place is a total disaster. I RAN out and will never go back. EWW.

Don’t ever go here. I went with my sisters at 9pm, when there is no need for a long wait, but yet we waited for ice cream for 15 minutes, and another 5 to pay at the register. How can it be everyone’s first day working here? And if it’s not your first day, is there some reason you have not yet figured out the cash register? The slow pace would have been more bearable if the people working were at least friendly, but they mumbled inaudibly and openly grimaced at the customers. I’d be more than happy to make my own ice cream sundae, sir, just hand over the scooper.

The place is dirty, the service is so slow and they gave me the wrong order. I ordered a low fat cream cheese on whole wheat bagel toasted. I got a regular bagel with regular cream cheese burnt. The line was so long and they took so long to make it that I decided to just eat it. I waited for like 5 minutes for a bagel and a bottle of water. The cash registers was hitting each other and making fun of each other, instead of making my food. They are so unprofessional. I went to find a table to sit and eat and it was so dirty, I had to clean it myself to sit at the table. I would never go back to this place.

I usually get a coffee a few times a week at this location and I noticed that for the past few weeks they strategically fill the cup less and less, They just fill it about 80%(with the milk sugar already added). I feel like this is a corporate greed issue as I spoke to a few friends about this and they have experienced the same thing in their local Dunkin’ Donuts. The consumer is being taken advantage of and short changed. If I ask for a large I don’t mean a medium, especially on a Monday morning! Does anyone else feel that way? Other than that, it is usually understaffed with not the nicest employees, but it usually has the typical Dunkin’ Donuts items.

It’s an okay Dunkin Donuts. Same standard doughnuts found in all Dunkin Donuts. Nothing remarkable to me. I did have a good service when I came here to place a large order of munchkins. They didn’t have many, and I ended up cleaning them out, plus grabbed some extra donuts just incase I needed more. Then I brought them to the school and everyone loved them. If you’re buying for a group like I was, be aware that they are in a popular area, near schools and jobs and might not have as many products at all hours.

Not too bad, a little dirty at times but at 7 am the service is good and the place is not crowded. I do find the donuts to be a bit on the stale side many times.

This is what you need it to be. Donuts and coffee. BUT… The only problems with this location are: 1. the slowest staff EVER to work at a dunkin donuts. add 10 minutes to your morning commute if you plan on stopping off here 2. the old man who hangs out inside and CLIPSHISFINGERNAILS at the seating area… gross
