Edible Arrangements

I spend $ 50 on chocolate covered strawberries expecting to have beautiful strawberries in a box instead I received a mess with rotten strawberries covered in very thick chocolate
I don’t know how they have the decency to charge so much for such ugly rotten set of strawberries.

Received a big bouquet of edible arrangements yesterday for my 30^th birthday from my family and all the fruit seems to be on its last leg. The strawberries & melons were the worst.
All the leaves of the strawberries were brown and crunchy, the flesh was bruised and spoiled. The melons were melted and basically liquified on the stick… Just gross.
This company use to be good. They made a point to choose the best fruit to put in the arrangements… What happened?

I have ordered a surprise gift for a friend who stayed in a hotel at times square. Got a delivery notice, but the arrangement was never delivered. Hotel even checked the video cameras. I was promised a new delivery the same day. It never arrived there. When I asked for a refund of my money, the Hotline connected me to the store and the store back to the main company. No chance for a refund, no delivery, just some lost $ 50. Not to recommend to anyone. Very unfriendly staff on the hotline, too.

Very friendly staff, great customer service. The staff seems to know about the different arrangements available. WHich is a plus. Fast services for pickup.

Great customer service skills and very polite and quick service. I ordered a Mother’s Day chocolate strawberry bundle and when my girlfriend got it she said the strawberries were very big fresh and juicy and the chocolate was blended perfectly so I give 4 stars. Would be 5 but the delivery guy who was a temp worker messed it up with his poor customer service skills which isn’t the stores fault considering he his a «temp «

I was the recipient of a delicious, fresh and refreshing fruit bouquet after a minor surgery. I live around the corner from this Livingston Street shop but my mom sent it from South Carolina so clearly she’d not stopped in the store. The fruit was great and the bouquet included cantaloupe, honeydew, orange slices, strawberries, grapes, pineapple and chocolate dipped strawberries. Everything was tasty! It even came with a balloon. As it turned out they’d forgotten to deliver a stuffed bear. My mom called to ask about it, they apologized and sent the bear AND a free six pack of chocolate dipped strawberries that very day! That’s service. I’d for sure use them and my mother, even from afar, would as well. A wonderful alternative to flowers.

The fruits weren’t fresh at all and they could have done a much better job on the dipping-​the chocolate did event cover half of the strawberry! I ordered two dozen chocolate covered strawberries and have never received such a bad order from edible arrangements. One box had one huge strawberry and the rest were such tiny tiny strawberries. The green leaves seemed full of holes with dark patches and they were definitely outdated. NEVER AGAIN!

I just wanted to thank you for the early Valentines gift delivered to Faith Art Gallery yesterday. He was so surprised when they arrived. The Lovely Berries were Delicious!!! Thanks for the excellent service. I will be ordering from your location again.

I called this Livingston St location on Tuesday and placed an order for Valentine’s Day (two days away). Due to the delivery address, my order was routed to another location that was closer. Unfortunately, my order did not make it’s destination.
Then, why might you ask am I awarding a 5-​star rating or even reviewing this location at all since they weren’t the ones delivering the order. In short: Customer service, specifically Joe.
Even though this location was not to blame for the missed delivery (or even responsible for the order), Joe was understanding and sympathetic. In a time when the quality of customer service has been on a rapid decline (when you even reach an actual person), Joe’s goal from the beginning was to actually make right of the situation because A) it’s the right thing to do and B) to re-​instill the customer’s faith in EA (and in our society).
I know it sounds like I’m reading way to much into this, but after the appalling experience with the other location (the one’s who were responsible for the order), it was reassuring to know that there are still some people out there who understand the importance of good quality customer service and the lengths it goes with customers.
Not only did Joe win over a client’s bad experience, he also kept the business which it a double win for his employer. Thanks again, Joe, for your understanding of my perspective and all of your help. It is truly appreciated, especially while trying to deal with this from Hong Kong!

A friend in Germany wanted to surprise a mutual friend with a fruit arrangement. Rather than pay the $ 12 delivery fee, I called the store to make a plan and took my friend there. I said, «It’s her birthday… do you do anything special for birthdays?» The staff member went to the back and returned with the wonderful arrangement purchased online, much to my friend’s surprise.
Okay, they helped me do a nice thing, but the arrangements are beautiful and high quality. Also, this location has a smoothie bar and has fruit salads that rock. Because they use specifically sourced, high-​quality fruit for the arrangements, the smoothie bar/​fruit salad business gets to use these excellent ingredients
They always have some online deal, but no matter what… include chocolate dipped fruit!

Beautiful coworker: I want some chocolate covered bananas
Me: There’s an edible arrangements on Livingston, lets order.
Beautiful coworker: You should call to see if it’s ready first.
Me: Good call.
So I did indeed call and at first I was a bit turned off but the person who answered the phone… but she wasn’t gonna stop me from my chocolate fix. *insert tough guy face*
The location is ideal in that it has WHATEVER you want readily available or ready in a few minutes.
I swung by, and requested 6 choco bananas and 6 choco strawberries… for 36 bucks. I didn’t like the price very much but again, I needed my fix. Before the lovely young lady took my card she suggested that I look at a few promotions, one of which was very helpful. She suggested I get the 3 bananas, 3 apples, and 3 strawberries for 12 bucks… and if I like I could order two boxes and still pay less than the regular price of $ 29/​box. Of course I was onboard and happily walked out with two discounted boxes and a big grin on my face. As my friend would say, «I made out like a fat cat on a skateboard». Lol
This place is convenient, VERY reasonably priced, clean, and the staff is über (yes I said über) helpful.
