Edible Arrangements

I stopped in to get a treat and check out an actual storefront. I’ve ordered for years but have never walked into an actual shop. In any event the young lady by the name of Donisha at the counter was kind and super helpful. When my super happy and friendly 9month old son was sounding out that he wanted a Ballon that was on display, she went to the back and brought out baloons and string to fill up with the tank for my son to take. It was very sweet and considerate of her and we appreciated it greatly.
By the way the chocolate covered strawberries were as great as they looked!

Avoid this place. This is what happens when ghetto people are employed there. My man attempted to surprise me with an arrangement and the delivery guy failed to deliver the arrangement. He lied and said the number he called said I was coming down. I never had no conversation with anyone. I had to end up picking the arrangement myself. The staff was rude about it.

Ordered the «Perfect For Mom Bouquet» on Wednesday, as an early Mother’s Day surprise. I was giving Edible Arrangements a second chance since the last order I made for my boyfriend as an anniversary gift came with rotten fruits & missing chocolate dipped pineapples which I paid extra for. However, even with a second chance, they obviously still didn’t get the memo. My mother’s fruit basket came with a bunch of rotten strawberries & they used chocolate to cover up the majority of the rotten strawberries which I found to be hilarious. It’s a shame when Edible Arrangements guarantees that they make all their fruit baskets with «fresh fruits» but from my last two orders, that’s an absolute lie! Such b*llshit. You pay a lot of money on rotten fruits when you’re better off going to your local food market to get your own fruits & just make your own personalized fruit basket for whoever the order was for! I wish I could give this place 0 stars instead. The dirtiest Edible Arrangements store in NYC!!! I called the manager for a full refund & she denied. Guess she wanted to eat all the fresh fruits to herself, burnt fat crusty a s s b*tch.

I ordered a edible arrangement and must say I was please with the appearance and freshness of the fruit. But i was very disappointed with the delivery service. The driver called me and ask me if the delivery for a girl or guy I dont know why that mattered but I was very annoyed by all his questions. Then he began to complain nobody was answering the door fast enough and he was doubled park. He was very unprofessional and rude. The surprise was not a surprise and to be honest I would never use this location again.
