The best when ordering steak 2 am in the morning. Service is decent as well. Thanks for the great food

This has to be one of my favorite 24 hour diners. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious too!

Best. Place. Ever. I always order mozzarella sticks, chicken fingers, and various wraps. They are always on time and the food is in perfect condition and warm.

One time I went when I was trashed and my friend had to foot the bill and his cheap ass didn’t tip… I felt so bad. Until I ordered a burger that must’ve been put together by a 4 year old. No condiments, no napkins or cutlery. I guess that no-tip was justified in the end.

Place was actually quite gross. Especially for a Saturday evening at dinner time. I work all week don’t have the time or desire to cook, so I thought I’d treat myself to a «good olé American meat and potatoes meal». I mean who can get a hot opened roast beef sandwich and French onion soup wrong right? Well these people can. For $ 27(17 of that going towards my dinner, I got served iced cold mashed potatoes, roast beef so smothered in «brown gravy»(that was questionable itself), they didn’t want you to see how dry or old it was. I was so exhausted and so disappointed that I didn’t bother complaining. But just cost me a $ 30 lesson not to come back.

Kind of your typical diner. Nothing really stands out except it is open 24 hours. It is right by the train. Their menu is pretty extensive like any other diner. Unsure what I wanted. On their seamless page the cheeseburger deluxe was listed as one of their popular items so I went with that. The burger was mediocre. Similar to cafeteria quality. It came with a side of fries, 2 pieces of onion rings, a pickle, and a coleslaw. The coleslaw and pickle were ok. Fries were thick sliced not seasoned. Onion rings were not too great. Overall, it was an ok meal. Not somewhere you want to go if you expect good quality. On the other hand the portion is big so you will get full.

Nothing special about this place. One good thing is that it is 24⁄7. If you are hungry in the middle of the night, this restaurant is open for you. Since the cold weather and the blizzard have hit, my boyfriend and I have been trying places around my neighborhood. There is nothing really popping from this diner. It is a pretty big restaurant and their windows are always decorative with painting related to upcoming holidays which is creative. Their are a lot of choices on their menu. I could not even choose or look through the entire thing because it was just too much. As always, I decided to settle on breakfast food. I love breakfast food. Eggs… I can eat them everyday. My boyfriend ordered the Enchilada omelette and I ordered the lumberjack French toast. The enchilada omelette had avocado, pepper, tomatoes, and parsley. It was a regular omelette and tasted super plain for me. I took a small bite and did not want anymore. It had no flavor. No wonder my boyfriend put so much pepper and ketchup when he was eating it. This was definitely not worth the price. The lumberjack French toast consisted of two eggs, two strips of bacon, sausage, ham, and three French toast. My favorite part were the eggs, of course. They were perfectly done the way I wanted it(over Medium). The French toast was alright, I have had better one. They were already covered with syrup, I did not need to add more. The bacon strips were not crispy. The sausage did not taste good to me, it was very dry. The ham tasted good with the eggs. The service was not bad. The workers came to refill our water frequently whenever our cups were empty. However, when we were paying, the person just stood at our table until we filled out the paper(we paid with card). I felt really uncomfortable and awkward. Why must he just stand there and watch us fill it out. He could have let us fill it out comfortably and came back for it later. Jeez.

Sat at the counter to order a quick takeout. Sat for 10 min and no one greeted or offered a menu. Luckily there was menus someone else left. When the girl finally came to take the order, I asked for the waffle special but was told specials were for dine in only, and that I had to order from a diff menu.

Service was good. Staff was friendly. Felt very cozy at this restaurant. Nothing spectacular about the food. I had a feta cheese & tomato omelette with whole wheat toast and steak cut fries plus coffee for 10.90. Pretty decent. Parking was challenging to find but manage to find something after circling the block, a couple of times.

Mediocre diner. Good for late night cravings. Their menu is overstocked, which makes me wonder how are they managing their inventory. Their gyro, isn’t grand, but it’s not horrible either. Their food isn’t bad if you are limited on choices. The staff is friendly and the food comes rather quick. They advertise a certain weight of steak, but it is definitely not what they said it would be.

We were in Bay Ridge on Halloween, and decided to find a 24⁄7 diner. I found this place on Unilocal, and could not have been more disappointed. We went in, and it didn’t look that busy, a bunch of late night partiers in costumes sitting at booths. Behind the counter, there were a bunch of cakes in a sliding glass holder. First thing I noticed was that none of them were cut and didn’t look fresh; that should have been a dead giveaway. I was with my friend and his new girlfriend, and he had the munchies on full blast. I decided to order a Gyro Panini, with mozzarella cheese instead of feta. My friend got the California Cobb Panini. When the food arrived, it was arranged really weird. The three pieces of panini were all held together by toothpicks. My friend got confused and took a bite out of the whole thing before he realized I had pulled mine apart. The fries weren’t that good, a bit soggy. The gyro meat was disgusting; clearly frozen. The paninis were not made well at all, the cheese hardened over it. The only good parts were the pickle and the cole slaw. The service was also really bad and really slow; we couldn’t get our waitress to give us our check and she was being really ignorant and didn’t give us our change either. Price– $ 10.50 for a panini. I have had better paninis for cheaper prices, everything here was a bit overpriced and did not match the quality at all. Overall I have had much better diner food elsewhere and will never come here again.

Diners are diners. This place needs an upgrade as it is old. The food here is average but service is well. Good thing this place is open 24 hours.

I’ve been here at least half a dozen times over the past few winters but it’s never left a lasting impression. Of course, that could be because my friend and I really only came here in the early hours of the morning. Typical diner atmosphere, and actually a bit bigger than it looks from the outside. It’ll be a hands off attitude from the servers unless you actually call out for them, something I don’t mind, especially when I’m barely awake. There’s a pretty big menu, but nothing is very original. I’d usually get a grilled cheese and soup to start, and finish with a hot cocoa and some type of cake. The food is alright, nothing special. Actually a bit subpar in relation to other diners in the Bay Ridge area. But the sweets? Great. I’d recommend the carrot cake. They also keep their pricing relatively low, so that’s nice. Emphasis is a good option if you live in this particular area of Bay Ridge, but if you’re closer to 80⁄90th I’d say go elsewhere.

Typical old school Greek diner. Why is it that these folks make such delish, fresh food? Spanakopita was fresh, not greasy and well made. Had it Friday for lunch and by Sunday I was back with my family for more. They had gyros, souvlaki, and burgers. All outstanding. I’m a fan.

This place is nice for breakfast. I took my family here who is from out of town and we all thought the food was good. They have a big selection, as diners usually do, but the owner good really do the place justice by updating and renovating the seating. If you come here, choose to sit at a table. The booths are all broken with springs that are collapsed. You will sink into them and not be able to look over the table. Other than that, the food, atmosphere, and general service of the place was good.

Being that they’re a jump skip and a hop away from my apt, I tend to come here a lot for breakfast. Service is good the waitress tend to know you by first name after a few visits. Breakfast food is spot on I can’t complain.

I don’t understand the 4 star rating this diner has on Unilocal. This place is just mediocre. The food is not the worst, but it’s not the best. I’ve been here a couple of times, not because I want to, but because it’s the only place open in the neighborhood. Therefore, if it’s late at night and you’re craving some food, this would be a good place to come. The food is not expensive so it makes coming here less regretful. Their burgers are a bit soggy but their waffles are made nicely. But then again, how hard can it be to make waffles? Although I didn’t try it, my friend had a panini and it looked really good. I guess I would recommend that. Also, their waitress is super nice, so a star for that!

Used the $ 25 here. Loved this place. It’s looks family-owned and very comfy. A lot of locals like to come here. We started off with hot chocolate and lemon honey hot tea. Ordered the spinach pie, grilled salmon, fries, peas, onion rings, chicken Philly cheese steak and chicken fingers. The spinach pie was my favorite, for(6.50) it was well worth it. The portions are very huge here. The fries were typical, but the onion rings are to dye for. They are so crisp and tasted fresh. My second favorite was the grilled salmon for $ 11.25. You can taste the freshness and slices of the fish once you place it into your mouth. The chicken fingers were three times bigger than the regular size. We ended up packing the chicken Philly cheesesteak to go.
