This is the absolute worse place to go! The girls who work there have terrible attitudes and treat you like your the criminal when your trying to help a family member out. I’m 8 months pregnant and they have me waiting for a 600 cash refund DUETOTHEIROWNMISTAKE!!! I paid $ 600 cash to bail out a family member and for this particular situation they were not allowed to except cash for bail. So they had me come back with more documents to prove I’m a legit person. Then had me wait over an hour for my cash refund back because only the owner or Manager are allowed to issue refunds. Do not go here and most definitely NEVEREVERGIVETHEMCASH!!!

Awesome establishment. I went to Empire for an emergency and Anthony and his assistants helped me to the millionth degree. A simple review isn’t enough to thank them for the services they provided in assisting me to get my fiancé back into society. Anthony was very patient and attentive to all details. His staff was courteous and swift with processing paperwork, etc. I recommend Empire BailBonds Brooklyn Location to anyone in the area who needs BailBonds services. Thanks Anthony. You are truly a remarkable individual.

Empire Bail Bonds and its CEO Michelle Esquenazi are a laughing stock. They overestimate the importance of their jobs and industry in the role of the justice system in the US, but they — and Ms. Esquenazi, in particular — are completely delusional to the damage they’ve continued to permeate on the impoverished, who are unable to pay and are subsequently being punished for their poverty. I do not usually resort to ad hominem remarks about people whom I’ve never met, but I can only surmise from what little I’ve seen of Ms. Esquenazi that one might accurately refer to her as a «cunt.» Allow me to present a statement from her so that you may surmise your own opinion. The following was said to a man who had missed a court appearance and was captured at his home by agency-employed bounty hunters: «I hope you bend over for the soap when you get in there.» Granted, there is some context missing, but I invite you to look up «America’s For-Profit Bail System» for more from her. Please, Ms. Esquenazi, enjoy your remaining years in the industry knowing you made a living from a broken system that exploits poor people. Unfortunately, your industry will not go away for a very long time because you have judges, senators and other politicians in your pocket and in the pocket of capitalism. Every person kept in jail, many of whom are awaiting trial, was costing taxpayers $ 80 billion a year in 2014. That amount we pay every year is up since then. Meanwhile, the«Bail Bond Queen» spews garbage insinuating that taxpayer funding of pre-trial release services would be more of a burden than keeping her commercialized bail bond service in business, raking in millions of dollars for her and her cronies. However, I digress. The real root problem here is policing in the U.S., which, much like Empire Bail Bonds, is also based on a system of racism and harsh punishments for people in poor communities.
