Mike and his staff are amazing! Being an owner of a 16 unit+ building in Manhattan, having your furnace operating correctly is crucial! Especially when its in the middle of November, the weather is getting quite chilly, and not to mention, Thanksgiving was the next day! My steam furnace decided to take a dump on me on a Wednesday afternoon before Thanksgiving. I called Grace at Esposito’s heating, being an existing customer, I haven’t spoken to her in YEARS. After I had given her my building address, she remember us as if we had spoken just days before! Her customer’s service is top notch! I told her my predicament… Its 3pm and the holiday is tomorrow. I asked her if it was possible to send someone over to check out my old unit. Understanding that everyone is rushing home to prepare for travel arrangements and what not. I knew it was a crap shoot for getting help, if any. Somehow Grace pulled through! told me that one of her techs will be stopping by and would call for an ETA. Lo and Behold. BAM! Came by, checked it out abdfound out the exactly what I didn’t want to hear… Furnace is dead and a replacement is needed. Order placed, the crew came on Monday. removed and installed the new unit. Grant it, since it was a HUGE job, it took 3 full days. The techs were very professional. Came on time, everyday for the next 3 days. Removed and installed everything neatly and correctly. Took their time to explain how the new furnace functioned and etc. Answered ALL my questions. Unlike other contractors, after their work… They all rushed out and never to be heard from again! These guys are the complete opposite! They even cleaned my boiler room! Simply UNHEARD of! In my line of business, I deal with contractors on the regular. Usually after they finish their jobs, they would leave a mess for me to clean up! But not Mike and his crew! Seriously, these guys are the best! Great service and even better customer relations! Use these guys if you have any issues!
