Ez Cleaners

I tried with this place. I really did. Honestly I gave them too much of a chance.
In terms of dry cleaning I swear things would come back just as dirty as I turned them in. So I just stopped trying with that. Also one time I put in the shorts and it took two weeks to get them all
was painful.
In terms of tailoring it really is more misses then hits. I’ve had multiple shirts and a blazer tailored here. The blazer was the best thing he did. The shirts, on the other hand, were all over the place. I would ask for the arms to be tighten and he may or may not do it. Though he was always good with the mid section. It was honestly very random.
He also refused to take in the cuff at all. I have no idea why.
The prices were also high, I would say for the area but considering the quality I would just say they were high period.
Unless you are in a pinch or are feeling lucky I would say avoid this place.

Overall very expensive and not recommended for time-​sensitive needs. Per owner, «It’s not always going to be on time». No refunds ever. Ummm… okay?
I think they do a decent job on both cleaning and alterations but I will not be coming back again.

Very expensive — $ 13 for a dress and they outsource the dry-​cleaning. I couldn’t get the dirty dress back because it was off-​site. I’ve come other times and had no issues with the timing but once is enough.
(ALTERATIONS)
Also very expensive — $ 30 for basically a hem job on a pair of curtains — should have got the the iron-​on hemming tape instead.

Great! Just had two pairs of jeans tapered and hemmed. Cheap and fast, they had it done in two hours. I dont know about dry-​cleaning, but definitely a great place for alterations.

They are not very good at getting stains out of ties or shirts!

Been here multiple times. The guy is friendly and does a great job, Stitched a solid hold on my bag strap which was falling apart and now its strong as can be. Nice job on dry cleaning too, with good presentation and results.
Only complaint is that they dont have their store hours online, and even more outrageously do not have an answering machine! The hours should at the very least be on an answering machine.

I’ve taken brand new jeans, dresses, and even my leather jacket for tailoring, and I was always pleased with the results. The tailor does a wonderful job tailoring my clothes, I was especially impressed with the work he’s done with my leather jacket. All of my clothes looked as if I bought it originally from the store. I give this place extra stars for the friendly and prompt service they provide!

Worst ever.
Do not go there.
They messed up my silk black skirt which cost me $ 250.
THey didn’t even know how to hundle SILK at all.
Worst part is they did refuse to pay me back.
I am taking this to small claim court!
