This is my go to store when I need last minute things around the house. Reason I gave it only 3 stars is because every time I go into this store no matter the time of the day it is there are always long lines.

This spot has a wide variety of household and grooming goods. Considering their price, I wouldn’t blame the awfully paid workers for their behavior expressed by other reviewers (none which I’ve experienced myself).
Also, for the ethically minded, if you oppose a business based on its products and practice, don’t support it, but don’t use your privilege and priorities to rant about others.
I’m by no means advocating animal cruelty, but simply critiquing basic’s behavior.

I have never received such awful customer service in my life. The employees are extremely rude and pay more attention to their cellphones than the customers. Don’t shop here this place SUCKS.

This store is the awful. They sell and use glue traps, which are heinously cruel to mice and rats, as well as to other animals, such as birds, who get caught in them. When a sparrow got caught inone, an employee of this store was encouraged «throw it in the garbage.»
Shame on him.
Nobody should support this business.

This business sells and uses glue-​traps to catch what they consider to be «pests».Unfortunately, most animals who are caught in glue traps (from rats, mice, to birds, snakes, bats and other creatures) languish for hours and days until they die of dehydration, starvation, injuries (animals often break their limbs in a desperate attempt to escape) and asphyxiation (when the animal’s noses and mouths become stuck in the adhesive material in the glue trap). No animal – deemed pest or otherwise – deserves to be so cruelly treated and killed. Until this store ceases this type of animal abuse, I will not patronize it and I will spread the word for others not to do so either.
