This is the worst laundromat I’ve ever been to. The owner and workers don’t know anything about customer service. Any time you go here, you’re pretty much guaranteed to hear them get in a verbal altercation with a customer. Then when that «trouble person» leaves, they’ll talk your ear off about how their customers are always wrong.
It was finally my turn to take the brunt of their stupidity when the dryer I used left my clothes cold and wet after a 30 minute cycle. Instead of looking at the evidence and solving the problem with $ 1.25, the owner decided it was my fault for not making sure the machine was working properly. It was a stupid fight, but sometimes you have to stand up for what’s right. We were yelling at each other for 10 minutes before I pointed out how ridiculous the owner was being in front of a laundromat full of customers. I’ll never go back here.
Stay away from this place, or else one day it will be your turn.

Its been a few months and I wanted to write a little update to reiterate how great this place is! Every time I pick up my laundry, its in perfect condition. I have yet to lose a sock or suffer from color bleed. They charge $ 0.85/lb for the wash ‘n fold service, which seems to be the usual around here. The lady who works there seems a bit stern at first, but she’s super nice and works very hard. Love this place!
