The Frosted Moon is the place to go for sweet and cute gifts for someone else or for yourself — from scented candles to the cutest little girl tutus (got my niece a tutu which she loves). The great quality of the merchandise is matched by the great customer service you receive. The owner, Ada, is often in the store and is so kind and helpful. Love Frosted Moon!
