Despite what some of the reviews said, I gave this place a chance anyways since it is close to my home. I’m SO glad I did. I’ve came here twice. Both days were pretty empty so the food came out quick and neatly rolled. Every piece of sushi was exactly what I was hoping for. Great fish to rice to sauce ratio. Granted, it is not the most fresh fish you’ll find. You basically get what you pay for, but out of the AYCE in Bensonhurst, I would definitely pick this. It is not as popular but that’s great. No long waits and sloppy rolls.

This is the place I go to when I’m craving sushi in my neighborhood. Sure there are plenty of spots around here but I like this place because it is cheap and the fish quality is decent without breaking the bank. I order a couple of rolls and it never comes out to more than 20 dollars for two people which is pretty good. And you can order online to save some time which is a plus in my book.

This place is so good! And the prices are great. The sushi is fresh and there are a ton of options. We loved the special roll best — angry birds. It was amazing. Service was good, too. No complaints. All of our sushi was right around $ 20.

I come here so much the owners actually know who I am. My boyfriend lives in NJ so he’s new to this cheap«2.50 a roll» sushi. He absolutely loves this place and wants to come here every weekend. They also have AYCE — cash only. This is a great option if you’re going to order a lot of special rolls and want some appetizers as well. Since my boyfriend and I both enjoy eating way too much, we pretty much get AYCE80% of the time. Also, if you get the sushi, it is going to come with a massive amount of rice. I get it though, they do need to make money.

Good all you can eat deal. Cute décor for a small restaurant. And… Good food at first, until you realize they tossed in many extra pieces! We had a total of about 14 extra pieces… Especially in AYCE places, they would chunk on a good amount of rice, so it is hard to gobble down everything without feeling even slightly crappy afterward. Well, don’t know whether they did that on purpose to fill us up or out of kindness, and hoping that we didn’t mind… However, we did mind because that was way too much! They turned decent, okay food into disgusting food that we wanted to throw up. Maybe if we were extremely hungry, it would have been fine, but nope. I’m pretty sure we ordered enough, but with the extra they tossed in themselves, it was over-kill. Left the restaurant feeling very eck. Also doubting a chance of whether I’ll be coming back here…

This is my go-to place for Japanese food in the neighborhood because frankly, everything else is questionable. I was in LOVE with their Salt & Pepper shrimp for a minute, but I love ordering a lot of their other stuff too. Then there’s the all-you-can-eat deal… whaaaat!!! That is perfect right after a hard workout session and you just chow down… all for an excellent lunch and dinner price. All good, quality food that tastes great — you pretty much can’t go wrong. I order so much that the delivery guy knows me just looking at me. Seriously. Don’t bother with anywhere else in the ‘hood… just get your goods here. AND their delivery is fast. I HAVE eaten there at the restaurant before many time too and the service is pretty solid. Win-win in my book. ^_^

This place is terrible. Order their oysters and it was possibly the worst I’ve ever had. Not fresh. Bit into it and there was ice in the middle

I got an order of dragon roll after work for pick up. It looks nice but has no taste. I’m so disappointed:(

Ordered takeout from this place: the delivery was speedy but the avocado was not ripe and was accompanied by only a sliver of salmon. Hope this helps.

I went here the other night and everything about this place was amazing. The waitress greeted me with a smile and wasn’t hesitant to seat us. I had a couple of questions about the menu and again the waitress answered kindly and thoroughly everything that I asked. I ordered a lot of sushi — the Alaskan roll, Philly roll, California roll, jalapeño tuna, and angry birds roll. All of which came out very quickly and totaled a shockingly low price of $ 20. The best part was that everything was fresh. This will be my go-to sushi place; I’m looking forward to exploring the diverse menu.

Ordered for delivery. Food came faster than the estimated time(definitely a plus right there). The price is pretty decent for a sushi place. The salmon lover was delicious. The salmon was fresh and the spicy crunch salmon roll was still warm when it got here. Also ordered the any 3 rolls lunch special; eel avocado, shrimp tempura, sweet potato. The eel sauce on top on the sushi gave it that extra kick; it was good. The shrimp tempura roll was still warm and crunchy. The fried calamari was GOOD. Warm, crispy, and not chewy. Topped it off with the sweet chili sauce, YUM. This may be my new go to sushi place: D; definitely will order from here again.

I came here after school with my friend and we came here for the AYCE sushi. When we walked in, the environment was pretty nice. But when I came, there was only one other table. We ordered the food like we usually do, but the food took forever to come.(Especially the sushi). By then, we were barely hungry. But, the display of the sushi was very nice! And they gave us a salad!

First time coming here and sadly might be the last. It was practically empty when I came in, exception of one customer. My friend and I decided to do the AYCE. We placed our order in and they still took a long time to finish making our order(while they chit chatted away). When we got our order, some of the stuff was still missing, this might also be because they fill their sushi and rolls with enormous amount of rice PURPOSELY. I hardly saw any Sashimi or fish, just blotches of white rice. Very disappointed at this place. The service could better and the food was not evenly portioned. I felt like I paid to eat bowls and bowls of rice. I would definitely not come back to this place in the future. Sadly to say I think sake is still a better choice.

Very inexpensive option for sushi, and it has a prime location right off the D train’s 18 Avenue stop. The décor is simple and clean, clearly something they paid a little bit of attention to. The imitation crab meat in the California Roll was not good at all, but I did like the dragon roll and eel-avocado roll I ordered. Service can be a little on the slower side, but they are nice about things at least. All in all, it is passable if you are hankering for a sushi fix.

One of my favorite sushi destinations in Brooklyn these days! I started ordering from here early in 2013 but only dabbled in the pineapple fried rice which was delicious. I was set in my ways at the time with other sushi places and ignored Fuji for a while until later in 2013 when they started offering all you can eat. I was so happy with the lunch and dinner AYCE that I’ve been going here consistently every since. The lunch AYCE here does not decrease in size or quality like it does at some other Bensonhurst establishments. The menu is basic for lunch but the salmon and tuna sushi pieces stay large and delicious. The one special roll added to lunch is the fire house roll which is deep fried spicy tuna with avocado and spicy mayo on top… simple but addicting! The AYCE appetizers are also basic but good with teriyaki and fried rice options to go with the soups and fried treats like calamari. Other rolls worth getting from the basic AYCE menu are the spicy white tuna roll and the eel avocado. The AYCE dinner option is fantastic, with so many creative tasty rolls that I walk out of there 3 pounds heavier each time. Try the out of control roll which has both spicy mayo and eel sauce stuffed with spicy tuna avocado and salmon and topped with white fish. Oh, and did I mention that the $ 10AYCD sake is worth every penny? Another amazing roll that’s not on the AYCE menu is the Transformer roll which is spicy salmon with mango sauce… The young couple who run that place work very hard and have done a great job with this location. They took over a location formerly known as Tempura which, under different management, let their sushi chef clip his toenails behind the counter… this is all new and worth a visit or 5! Cash only for AYCE.

Where the Fuki have you been all my life, Sushi? I come here often on my way out, sine they’re directly under the train. I usually order takeout, but have also ordered in(and delivery on days I cant be bothered with walking a block. hashtagfirstworldproblems?) They run a clean shop, servers are always friendly and it’s a comfortable dig. Did I mention the sushi? Cheap rolls(2 – 3 $ for most!), made fresh every time and delicious! As a vegetarian, I stick with the veggie rolls such as sweet potato roll with shoyu drizzled on top and crusted with a light smattering of sesame seeds or the mango roll, shiitake roll, etc. One more thing, they recently started doing an AYCE(All-You-Can-Eat) lunch and dinner! I inquired about this last night, the lunch is Mon-Sat and is 13 $, the dinner is 7-days a week(all day Sunday!) and is 19 $ a person. These include soups, soba /udon, several kinds of tofu(score!), and just about every sushi roll you knew existed and quite a few you probably didn’t. So what the Fuki are you waiting for?
