Futonland really came through for me when I was in a tight spot, and I’m grateful. I had ordered a convertible sofa on amazon a couple weeks before we were hosting overnight guests, and it was a horrible experience when it turned out the merchant had never shipped the thing (the tracking info was for someone else’s order). So there I was with about two days left to get a sofa bed, and most places can’t even ship something out in that amount of time (least of all the company that had messed up my order in the first place). I had visited the store on the UWS before, but it really didn’t have much to look at, and one of the sales guys was pushy and made it sound like I had to schedule deliveries way ahead of time. That wasn’t the case when I called the outlet in Brooklyn; they got a sofa I wanted on a truck the same day. it’s not a bad one, either!

Great prices, quality product, very helpful staff. Highly recommended. We quickly and easily found the sofa we wanted and in our price range.

Avoid ordering furniture from here, it is not worth the hassle. When I ordered my couch it was listed as In-​stock and I was told I could receive it within a week, so I scheduled delivery. The day before delivery I was called to say the couch is now back-​ordered for 3 additional weeks. Disappointed but I rescheduled. Since I was moving 400 miles away, I rented and packed a Uhaul to be there for the couch delivery on the re-​scheduled day. I received a confirmation call that my couch was loaded on the truck and would be there the next day between 12pm-​3pm. 30 minutes later I received a call that the my couch would not be delivery because futonland didn’t even have possession of my couch from the factory and it was going to be days more before they could deliver it. It was finally delivered later that week by one person who just dropped the couch fully packaged in my apartment and left. What terrible customer service for customers spending hundred of dollars on products. The discount is not worth the headache.

Bad experience here. The salesperson lacked basic knowledge about the furniture, multiple mistakes were made with the order, a few of the items were delivered only after a reminder. Even worse, they refused to take a return.

I needed to replace my old livingroom couch with a sofabed. I checked out Futonland’s website and couldn’t believe the reasonable prices on some of the stuff there. I settled for the Divan Delux Kalinka Brown Queen Size Sofabed marked down from $ 1300.00 to $ 989. I did one better. I decided to take the floor model for $ 799.00 instead. Not only that, it was delivered in two days. Just in time for the 4^th of July weekend. I didn’t have to wait two weeks, THEY ROCK!!!

I whole heartedly recommend Futonland. I spent weeks looking for a pull out couch for my new apartment, during white sale month. I scoured the internet for deals — Macy’s, West Elm, Jennifer’s, you name it. Nothing was available immediately, few items were even in store and could only be purchased sight unseen… it was an ordeal. I went to Futonland on a whim and the whole process took about 6 hours, from pushing the door to delivery. Ask for Stan! He helped me figure out what I needed, threw in a few deals, and got me same day delivery. Boom. Now I have a great quality futon.

Igor, David, and Alex were wonderful with helping me move in TONS of furniture into the 6^th floor of a walkup building — not an easy task by any means. I couldn’t have done it without them, and the furniture looks great. Without me even asking them, they were so thoughtful to place one of the desks I bought onto little temporary cardboard stoppers so the metal ends of the legs wouldn’t scratch the hardwood floor.

Bought a full size loft bed for my daughter’a tiny apartment. Amazing quality and very good customer service. The delivery guys forgot to bring one part and another employee delivered it at 8 pm on the same day way past his shift. Thanks Michelle and Pedro! Made moving experience very easy.

Very nice people. I knew what I wanted, a wardrobe made by Palace Imports, and found a competitor selling the item for less. They immediately met the price and were very nice about it.
It was a new item for them, not in stock but it arrived in 2 days for me to pick up.
There was 1 piece missing, not intentionally since the were unfamiliar with the item.
They not only go the item right away, without any argument or having to call them back after my first call, they delivered to my house the next day at no charge.
I wold definitely go here again for anything they sell. Thank you Stan and Eddie.

Comfortable queen sized futon mattress for around $ 200. The guy working there helped me pick one quickly and gave me a discount. Delivery was going to take a few days, so they helped me load it into the car. Whole thing took 15 minutes. Not bad for an errand that I expected to take all afternoon.
