Genuine-ly dissapointing. The staff at this shop have yet to understand the value of quality customer service.
On my first visit, I was convinced by a staff member that a product had a feature it did not end up having. On my second visit (to return the product that proved to be useless) I was rejected on an attempt to return or exchange in any way, even though the product was still in brand new condition with tags and the receipt and a staff member had told me I could return it if I was unsatisfied.
On top of all of that, the young, dark haired manager managed to be so rude in his interactions with me that I’ll never set foot in this place again.
If you’re still not convinced, these folks carry products that are more geared towards being hip than functional. No thank you

This is just the way I like Brooklyn. Industrial, gritty, and totally hipster.
This is a store that sells men’s apparel and anything that has to do with motorcycles. And even though all the stuff was made for guys, I couldn’t help but really like the stuff. I was thinking, I could pull off a motorcycle jacket, some combat boots and a cool canvas motorcycle bag. Sigh, I can fantasize can’t I?
I came here for a friend’s opening exhibition and I really enjoyed the opening reception. They were serving Bud Light beer, wine and hot dogs right out of the garage next door. I love the grittiness and the hot chicks serving alcohol and food.
Secretly, I wanna be a biker chick. I know, I live in a fantasy world and just for an hour on Friday night, that fantasy did come true… thank to this place!

Great store. Great staff and great selection. I love the fact that everything is made in the USA. You don’t have to ride to wear the gear. My husband rides and I have gotten him some great clothes and gear and some cool things for myself as well. Very hip and a nice departure from the Harley Davidson gear that is so prevalevant. Cool hip vibe to the store as well, with local artists showcasing their work on the walls. You will love this place!
