It’s always a great experience buying my cigars from here. I usually go in the evening and Moses helps me out a lot. He’s knowledgable on everything in store and his recommendations haven’t failed me yet. He’s the man and goes above and beyond.

They always are so nice and helpful. Know so much about all their products. I go there everyday just for their costumer service. The lovely fellow who works in the afternoon is so helpful. We have bought glass about three times there and this is the place to go to shop for glass and vapes! Also they have magazines and drinks as well which is an added bonus! Love this place. Will continue to come and buy what I need for my smoking purposes.

I went here to buy a vape and oil set up. The man was very helpful and sold me a unit for $ 110. When I got home I used the unit for about half an hour and it stopped working. I returned the next day and asked to exchange the unit and after and initial response of «what did you do to it» they finally relented and replaced my unit with something different and he threw in a $ 12 bottle of oil. I left there feeling like they had taken good care of me. When I got home, I googled this new unit and found that it can be purchased online for $ 39. So even if I add in the oil and whatever shipping charges I would have paid had I ordered online I am still out about $ 50. I am not going back to argue this point, as a matter of fact I will never go near this place again. I recommend that you do the same.
Edit: and it turns out, this new unit does not even work.

This is exactly the place you should be visiting for all the vapes and smoke accessories. A diverse range of vaporizers makes this store a unique one. More over the employees here are excellent and they do also offer discount on various things. In short it’s worth being here!

I just spent over $ 120.00 on a vape system. it’s was actually 3 purchases, I had to come back multiple times because of defective parts. now that I’ve deciphered what was defective they will not let me return because the gentleman I purchased from is not in.
the gentleman at the counter knows me and will not make a return for another employee.
this is absurd and it exemplifies the treatment you will receive as a patron.
lots of local shops– make sure to skip this one.

While they had exactly what I wanted, they wouldn’t price match for the Pax Ploom Vape, as advertised on their Unilocal page. They did carry all the Pax colors and had a ton of accessories but I felt a little disappointed because of their false advertising. But overall the employee was nice and offered me a discount on another item I purchased and they are basically open 24 hours.
