I usually find all my rooms through Craigslist and I was always afraid of looking for a lease due to rejection. But Julio was helpful enough to let me know i’d most likely get approved even before putting in my application and worse case scenario i’d just have to put down an extra deposit. He was a big help in keeping in contact, and helping us find other roommates. Even though I sent him like a million texts a day he still continued to help me and joke with me at the same time. He’s a really nice guy who I appreciated a lot through the process of signing my first lease. Good communication and easy process so far. Not 100% done yet, but this is for the experience I have received so far.
