Asked nicely for a quote to be ready when I arrive to there office, so that I dont wait. There reply: «No i do not have a final quote. As i understand you been here prior to our conversation. So when you are serious and ready to purchase just stop and we will give your final quote.» Questioning a customers intent to buy and arguing his serious nature shows a lack professionalism and salesperson etiquette in the company. Iall take my business elsewhere.

I agree with the previous reviews. This business is very dishonest. I bought the bedroom set from them and they delivered pieces with scratches on it and the defect on one of the doors for the wardrobe. I wanted to return it when I noticed it was scratched but they said that I have to have boxes for the furniture to return it which delivery guys took with them at the time of delivery. They did change they door though but I had to spend a lot of my time to get that done. Don’t buy from them! That’s all I have to say!!! Horrible experience!

Buyers Beware ! I ordered furniture from international Furniture and most items came in correctly except for 1 which the drivers took back & gave me credit for $ 1300.00 for that item. Turns out when I went to use my credit which shouldn’t have an expiration date the told me it’s only good for 1 year. I told them I didn’t have any need for furniture at that time. Even more shady business they also told me that the drivers logged in any return & that the original copy that the signed & took back could have been anyone’s hand writing. Just shady business. If you do shop with them please be sure to read all the extra fine print before signing the order form. Or even better buy from a reputable place.

I ordered two pieces of furniture from them. That went fine. I then called them and asked them to send their insurance paper work to my building (required for delivery). The guy I ordered my furniture from tells me it will cost and extra under dollars. Seriously? But at this point the deposit I put down is more so I said ok. I check with my building a few days later about the paper work and my building says they didn’t receive anything. I call the store and am told I need to provide information for them to send the insurance info. How am i supposed to know that? They never told me they needed additional info. But OK, I provide them with the additional information. The day of delivery rolls around. I was originally told I would be the first stop of the day. Then I was told 12−2pm. When no one showed up at 2 pm I called and they said they would be there within the hour. At 3:05 no one showed up. I actually had my father (who can be much scarier than I) call and the guy from the store swear up and down that they will be here by 4. They finally came at 4:20. They are liars. Plain and simple. Do not buy from them.

Bought a very expensive piece of furniture there and had a bad experience. They delivered the furniture and it was damaged, on top of this the deliver guys were very unprofessional. It was brand new, and it was probably not the store’s fault that it was damaged in transit, but they didn’t do a good job handing the situation. Their offer was to send someone to repair this NEW piece of expensive furniture, which is unacceptable. I had to pester them to have the item replaced. It was replaced with another brand new but less damaged item and this time I just accepted a repair. They did not want to refund the money, or give a discount. I wanted to be done with the situation so I’ve accepted this. If you do decide to buy from them, pay with a credit card only and inspect every inch of the item at delivery. With the unreasonable no refund policy and their unwillingness to help the customer, you are better off buying elsewhere or ordering the same items online for less.
