Jane Laundromat is AMAZING! I’ve used many laundry services in NYC and Jane is by far the best. They always answer the phone promptly, pickup and delivery laundry to our door, and fold everything perfectly! We’ll send out two huge laundry bags and somehow they compress it all into one when they give it back… not sure how they do it but it’s awesome! The people who work there are extremely friendly and accommodating, and the prices are good too. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could– Jane is the epitome of amazing quality and customer service!

Okay… after gruesome experiences giving multiple pick up and deliver laundry services multiple chances to do it right… Jane Laundromat has come to Boerum Hill and they are fantastic. First, you set it all up on line through

They don’t overfill the dryers so your clothes aren’t torn when they pull them out. (Talking to you Cobble Hill Laundry.) They don’t wash your wool winter coat instead of dry cleaning it. (Talking to you Dirtbusters). They don’t lose your clothes (Talking to you Dirtbusters and Cobble Hill Laundry.) They actually have a place on the form requesting low heat drying. They actually have a place on the form for no drying and then actually send back dry clothes that don’t have hanger marks in all the shoulders, so that you can’t wear them unless they are washed again. (Talking to you Cobble Hill Laundry.) They show up exactly when they are supposed to pick up and deliver the clothes. They are pleasant and courteous. They don’t pour bleach directly onto your clothes if you request bleach and they don’t wash your white curtains with a red scarf. (Talking to you again Cobble Hill Laundry). They just do your laundry like you would do it. and then fold it better than you ever could.

I get the pick-​up service from Jane Laundromat and I WILL NEVER DO MY OWN LAUNDRY AGAIN. It’s definitely more expensive to have them do my laundry for me but considering the convenience, the helpfulness of the employees, the fact that they fold and sort everything before they return my laundry to me, any amount is worth it. My clothes have never been this clean or soft! These people are ANGELS.

I came to Jane Laundromat while traveling. They could not have been more helpful and friendly. I had no idea what I was doing as I don’t have to use a laundry mat at home, so I had a few questions about their card machine, etc. They walked me through it, showed me which machines to use and even packed up the extra detergent I had left over.

This is a great place for self-​service.

* All the machines use a debit card system. You have to buy the debit card with cash. There is an ATM if you don’t have cash on you.

They were so great! The best laundry in the neighborhood! We have a lot of non-​dryer stuff, and we don’t like softener or dryer sheets, and they were completely accommodating. Best part: they only charge 60 cents per pound!
They did a great job, spoke English, and were super friendly. We’ll be returning regularly! :)
