I only came here because foot locker was closed (due to snowstorm jonas) my boyfriend needed boots so i grabbed him a pair of timberland’s. When i walked it the staff just stared at me like i was crazy. They suck!!! Please some1 do a staff clean up & get a whole new team. The prices arent too bad thats the only reason i would go back but not really. I gotta b desperate to come in this store again

My teenage son bought some sweat pants at the location down town Brooklyn, however they were too small and I took them back to the same trendy spot on Nostrand… very appealing to teenagers all the latest sneakers and trendy apparel.
Silly, silly, silly me… the sales associate said I had to take the merchandise all the way back downtown Brooklyn. Excuse me aren’t all the stores affilated?
The customer services seriously sucks, although I have a receipt the sales lady would not exchange the pants because a tag is missing. However under the return policy posted boldly on the counter it says nothing about tags, just receipts, which I have. c’mon son really? When I asked for the store manager the same sales person suddenly became the store manager, when I asked for the number to corporate she suggested that I Google it.
Not cool. Never apologized. Never offered a solution or an exchange.
You know I’m calling corporate ASAP.
Two stars… nice clothes, but I’m sure the competitors are similarly priced and may have some sense of responsibility when it comes to providing consistent and solid customer service.
Don’t waste your time.

Cool spot for men to find some new gear! Well, for girls too; but better stuff for the guys. Shoes, apparel, a little hip hop music to bounce to and everything is A-​ok.
