I have gone TWICE during business hours with no luck in finding them open (and as someone who works long hours, heading there on a day off only to have them closed is a real pain). This time (11:45 on a Wednesday morning), finding them closed again, I called the number listed on the awning to see if anyone might be there soon and the number is just a recording saying the number doesn’t accept messages! Frustrating!
Terrible customer service means I won’t be back.

I shop at this store a few times a year – for sodastream cannisters, coffee-​making supplies, etc. Then I recently bought an air conditioner and was totally satisfied. The owner was helpful in my research and patient with me as I hemmed and hawed over several visits. I took him up on his offer to deliver the unit to my apartment where he was willing to carry it right to the window in the back.
K&M cuts out the BS you experience when shopping at chain stores that only care about making a sale.

Bought a vacuum cleaner from these people. The second time I used it, the button holding it together fell off and went flying. Instead of honoring 100% refund, they decided I should pay a 20% restocking fee. Ummm… nooooo… and when I left feedback on the amazon website (where it was purchased from), they lied and said I broke it.

The vacuum repair shop up the street recommended this shop to buy my Miele. Owner is very friendly and gave me a great deal on a vacuum that I couldn’t get online. They also exchange and sell sodastream products which is awesome. They have an OCD amount of multicolored teapots too which should match any home. Definitely recommend.

I love this store! It’s local, low key and has everything I need for my kitchen and home. Saved my life during the crazy heat wave and I got an A/​C that included installation from the owner himself! I also got a SodaStream from here. Don’t be fooled by the size of this store, it has everything.
