Horrible experience with the people and the product.
I bought a bathroom faucet there and once going through the pain of installing it found it to be defective. Water would not turn off. Called my licensed plumber to take a look and he confirmed that it was defective. The two handles had two different types of screws which was suspicious as well.
When I went to return it they would only give me 80% money back and were extremely rude. Treated my like an entitled ass just because I thought I deserved a full refund.
Only go here if your completely desperate. These guys are shady.

The staff was very attentive and friendly, they even helped me make a shelf out of pipes! It looked rustic and hippie which was exactly what i was looking for, for my restaurant. I love how the place opens 24⁄7 365! Usually plumbing supply stores are closed by the time i get out of my restaurant. I would definitely recommend!
