Knock Knock Day Care

I’ve been using their service for a year now, and I’ve been continually impressed by their courtesy and care. They really go above and beyond the call of duty for their kids. What is remarkable is that despite their remarkably affordable rates, they don’t tack on service fees for being late, they help with pick up and drop off (for a very low price), they accomidate cloth diapers, and feed the kids healthy foods that they prepare there. I can’t recommend them enough.

The reason I love Knock Knock is simple: I know that the staff truly loves my child as if she were one of their own and I can tell that she knows it too. No matter what kind of mood she is in before I drop her off she is always smiling as soon as I bring her in the front door. Whenever I pick her up she is always being held and addressed directly and then is changed and prepared for the trip home. I am always provided a paper that details the events of the day, the time and amount she ate and each time she was changed and status of her diaper, and each time she slept and how long. In addition to the paper I always enjoy a nice conversation with the various staff members about her behavior that day and what changes and progressions they have observed from her. As if all this weren’t enough, Knock Knock holds social gathering for all the parents who drop their children off to meet each other and speak to the staff about ways to improve their service. I trust Knock Knock with my child’s life as if I were having a member of my own family care for her and nothing makes me feel better than that as I walk out of their door each morning to head to work.

My son also attends the toddler side at knock knock– My husband and I have been thrilled with the progress he has been making there. Millie and her staff have been working with my son on writing the alphabet and I am always pleased with the art projects my son comes home with. Millie and staff also worked closely with us on a reward system for potty training that we implemented at home as well and I am now proud to say we are diaper free. We are also very excited about the music teacher that will be starting once a week fairly soon.
