This place is technically take out only. However, they will sometimes let you sit and eat in the chairs utilized by staff for working/​filling orders/​paper work, etc.
In addition to the standard deli/​catering fare (corned beef, salads, soups, and kosher Chinese food), THEY HAVE FIVE OR SIX TYPES (?!?) OF NOODLE PUDDING AND FRESH CHOPPED LIVER EVERY DAY — ! I love this place — it rocks !
I still think Jay & Lloyd’s on Avenue U is still taking the crown for this style, in every way — staff friendliness and personality, vibes, other customers, and first and foremost, the food. However, Kold Kuts is ½ the distance from me as Avenue U, and convenience sometimes must take precedence.
