Laundry King

I will never use this laundry mat for drop off ever again. I dropped my clothes off and came to pick them up the next day and came to find out that they gave my clothes to someone else and said there is nothing they can do. Ive been to alot of laundry mats and nothing like this has ever happened. So u have been warned

I always used to bring in my clothes to dry clean here. I brought in 12 items last week and one of my cashmere sweaters was returned with a big hole in the neck area. This is a $ 150 sweater so I took it back (with their tag still on it) to see if they can compensate somehow (maybe a store credit for future dry cleaning). They refuse to take any responsibility for the damage, furthermore they asked me to pay them $ 5 for them to sow it up. This is not how you treat clients. Please save yourself a headache and go elsewhere:-)

It’s open around the clock. It’s fairly economico for a wash and fold. The dry cleaning is well priced. You can drop your stuff off there _​any time_​and pick it up _​any time_​like 24 hours later. That is amazing service — so convenient, meaning you can drop it off on the way to work and pick it up the next day. What is not awesome about that? They fold things very well, too, by the way.
Also, I suspect their wash and fold is outsourced, since they put the bags there then ship them off. Fair enough. Probably they are just then doing some broker fees for the convenience. Anyway, you simply can’t beat it.

Buy your card with $ 3 exact change and then load the card separately. Bonus if u add $ 20 at once because then you get an extra $ 2.00 at the same time
Drop off services available 24 hours. Next day pick up. The clothes are clean and fresh. They also do a really nice job with pressing shirts and pants.
If you forget your detergent or run out, they also sell detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets, of course at a higher price.
They have a credit card machine that most of the time isn’t working. There is also an ATM machine.
Decent laundromat. Prices here are cheaper than my apartment building.

Location is always key to me and do is costumer service so 1 out of 2 isnt so bad. Location is convenient for me the staff is alright… if they know you they are really nice if they dont they dont bother with you. Its not bad but a hello is always welcomed (at least by me).
The TV is usually on so there is always something to look at, and if you come at thr right time there are some funny characters they pass by drunk and that usually entertains me while im here. Other then the characters that are here the pier is not too far away. Its beautiful at night and you could bring bread for the swans.
Like i said location is great and staff is alright not a bad place to just go to do your laundry. No one bothers me when im here so i like the fact that i can come in and out with no problems.

I honestly think this is by far the best 24 hours Laundromat in the area. Plenty of parking space which is important for me because I do not want to have to double park ever! That is a big plus.
The place is clean and the owner is very nice and friendly. I have done self wash there occasionally and everything went well. Love the bench outside during nice weather,
The most impressive service is their premium Wash and Fold. That long lasting scent and super softness is the best I have ever had. My towels still smell great after 2 weeks taking out from the drawer.

Great place. Clean, lots of space, good dry cleaning service. if you leave, you won’t find your clothes dragged out and sitting in a cart somewhere on the side. Drying machines are good quality. even when the cycle is over, they turn the clothes every 3 mins so there are no wrinkles. Good. Parking space.
1 star extra for having clothes and shoes donation boxes out front and being open 24 hours

I had a great experience there. Kind of mid range prices if I recall but very clean place with nice staff.

There’s a laundry king in Bay Ridge all the way down on 4^th ave. I like doing my laundry here. It’s the only clean place I’ve found where I am not afraid that there will be half alive bed-​bugs in the washers. Unfortunately, since my car was STOLEN, I have to rent a car to do laundry since I refuse to do laundry anywhere else. Even though «I» like this place, apparently, ex-​employees of Borus, who must be the owner, hate his guts.
