My husband and I recently bought a home in Bushwick, Brooklyn and somehow discovered the BEST CONTRACTOR EVER! I can’t believe our luck, Mario gave us an excellent quote and then did a very extensive renovation project for us moving gas lines and water lines in two separate apartments. He finished within budget AND on time.
Since then we’ve called him twice with plumbing emergencies and he jumps in and saves the day. I had to dash online today and shout to the world ( Unilocal) when he charged us reasonably at the end of both these emergencies. Why? How?! He’s just an extremely honest, hard-​working and talented contractor/​plumber/​construction guru.
His forte is kitchen and bath remodeling but he’s clearly great at carpentry work– he put all of our original hardwood floorboards back into place in perfect condition. I sleep better at night because I know he won’t leave our site until he’s checked twice to make sure everything is safely completed.
