I gave my Hugo Boss dress and they made $ 2000 dress garbage. New owners dont care about customers as usual Chinese business.

After spending some 3 months with this service, I’ve come to the conclusion that Monsterwash does not care about customer satisfaction. 1) delivery man(husband) always sticks his foot inside the apartment door — is he afraid we will shut the door and not pay him? 2) when asked why a dress was missing, he(and his wife via the phone) said that he never seen the dress before, that he is positive we didn’t have it in our wash. We then asked him if he can recall what other dresses did we have, and he could not come up with any answer.(the dress returned miraculously 2 weeks later) — same with a baby crib sheet, and other misc items — and this was after we starting trying to take note of what we give them to wash — how many have we lost since?(I started taking photos of new baby clothes before giving it to them to wash) 3) he once told us that our babies’ waterproof bed liners could not get dry even after 1 – 2 quarters in the dryer and that they dont dry these things(but for the past 2.5 months they came back dry) 4) our baby stroller head cushions, etc came back with the back lining melted.(we did not complain about this) 5) various items came back with signs that either one of their machines(washer or dryer) has something that is catching the threads of our clothing.(after complaining, they only know how to say ‘I dunno’ or ‘this never happens’) 6) the folding of our clothes is horrible. 7) we separate bags for each person in our household — sometimes we find an item in one bag that should have been in another. Go figure.

I really wanted to like this service and even gave them a second chance before reviewing but they didn’t make any better of an impression the second time around. This company will pick up and deliver your laundry with a fee by the pound, which is typical of similar businesses in the neighborhood what wasn’t typical were all the extra charges ie., a charge for detergent, fabric softener, sorting etc. They guaranteed same day service but failed to deliver when I called the next morning the women on the phone was unsure of what was going on with my laundry and insinuated it was my fault for not inquiring about my laundry the night before. She also could not arrange to have it delivered that morning resulting in my having to purchase a new«uniform» for work. She told me the situation was atypical and asked me to give them another chance. 2 weeks later when my laundry yet again failed to arrive at the promised time I call at night as was suggested the last time only to be given the run around again. I guess the hunt is still on for the perfect laundry service in Bensonhurst because this isn’t it
