Dr. Collins is not only the best allergist I’ve seen, she’s the best Doctor. She not only diagnosed and managed my allergies as no one before her has managed to do, she is studied in all aspects of medicine and forthcoming with advice and recommendations for doctors and remedies for discomfort that may be caused by issues other than allergies. She is GENUINELY interested and concerned — simple characteristics that can be difficult to find in a doctor and can be the most important.
the office is also pleasant and reception is friendly and helpful.

I’m very unhappy with my experience here. This is the only doctor’s office I’ve ever been too where they not close the door to the exam room while you see the doctor. There is also a security guard who walks up and down the main hallway peering into all the rooms while people are seeing the doctors. The whole time I was seeing the doctor there was a woman in the room across the hall from me yelling at her doctor because she didn’t believe him when he told her that her kids needed glasses. At the time I thought she was crazy. After the ENT that I was seeing told me I needed surgery after looking up my nose for five seconds, I started to think maybe this lady is on to something. The doctor was pushy and ignored the problem that I was there for. He recommended a couple of unrelated procedures that my insurance «Probably won’t cover» because they are classified as cosmetic and not medically necessary. Thanks Doc! What a guy! I decided to get a second opinion from another local doctor and guess what? No surgery needed! I also had a problem with my bill. They charged me a co-​pay which I should not have been charged and then when I got my rather large bill in the mail the co-​pay was not credited. I had to threaten to dispute the charge on my bank account to get them to take the money off the bill. This place sucks!
