This has been by far the worst experience I’ve had. First I wasn’t told there was a charge to put acetone on my nails to remove my gel manicure. I wish that would have been told along with the charge. Despite of Unilocal stating that this salon takes credit cards, it in fact does not. Secondly, I had a pedicure there, I watched the woman just clean the bowl with just soap and did not disinfect the area. Afterwards, all the tools she used were not from the disinfectant oven that they have. She just simply pulled them out of drawer and began to work. During my pedicure, she cut me multiple times on different toes. Although sorry is sufficient, it does not mean you get every right to continue to dig in the same wounds that you created. I had to literally say«stop cutting. Please don’t cut anymore.» Then for my manicure, it was again with the cutting. Luckily not as bad but this woman was rough. I’m not sure if she just wanted it all and done with or what. I’m not sure how this salon had better ratings previously and maybe it depends highly on who you get but it really shouldn’t be this way. Bottom Line: Not Sanitary and Completely Rough.

Kind of a hit and miss, but that’s also partially to blame on the fact that I am nearly always a walk in appointment and don’t go to the same manicurist every time. And everyone know that there are always those one or two people who just started working and don’t do the best job, and of course I get stuck with them being the asshole that I am with my last minute walk in… BUT! overall, a quick and nice manicure/pedicure. I would recommend it :]

worst. manicure. ever. As soon as I walked in I saw a lady with a bowl haircut sitting behind a desk picking at her ear with her fingernails. gross. I came in to get a gel manicure but when I saw her I made a judgment call and asked for a regular manicure. she barely filed my nails and cut my cuticles with disgusting unwashed tools she pulled out of her mystery drawer. she did a great job though digging her dirty thumb nail into my finger so hard that it still stings. what a mess of a job; nail polish all over my skin, some nails are half painted, and now I have to worry about a nail infection. yuck.

The best nails salon !! Friendly workers and great services! The gel nails is my favorite. You can select more than one gel color for no extra charge.

You can’t judge a book by its cover! It doesn’t hurt to come check this place out and see if you like it for yourself… I’m glad I did! This is my 3rd time coming here and if nothing else, the customer service has been amazing in comparison to the local competition. When I find a nail salon I am EXTREMELY faithful to that nail salon but bad customer service pushes me away all of the time. Teri(owner/guy that sits in the front) is sooooooo nice and he genuinely aims to please! He’s done my UV gel fill ins even time I come and is very good at it! He takes his time and listens to me when I tell him what I would like done. I’ve also had a pedicure once and I’m waiting to get one done right now as I type! I don’t mind waiting for good service… People wait 45 minutes for a table in a restaurant but get upset that we have to wait 15 minutes for nail services. It’s a bit ridiculous to me lol Normally busy salons mean that they do a good job… Over all I like it here, there’s a newer one nearby but no where near as kind as these guys are in my opinion. They have a faithful customer in me!

Ive had a bad experience before, but decided to give it another chance because they’re so conveniently located near my house. I am happy I did! The price is not bad, and they’re very attentive and make sure to do a great job and take their time. They place fingers from both sides to make sure they’re even, they go over the cuticles a few times to make sure they’re perfect. Ask for Amy or Terry, very detail oriented.

This place has really great customer service, I have been going here for some time now and they treat me right each and every time I visit. The last time they redid my french finish no questions asked and it looks great that is how you get customer loyalty. I will pass on my great experiance.

Always get a good manicure here. this isn’t the fuzziest, warmest place to have a mani/pedi, but the job is always professional and competent and reasonably priced. can’t ask for more than that.

Been coming for years and though the regular polish selection is not the best, the gel mani selection is. I usually bring my own polish if I’m just getting a regular mani/pedi. Singh is the best, manicure never takes more than 20 minutes and it’s always perfection. It’s priced fair and maybe even on the cheaper side compared to other salons in BK

Ok Vicki is grrrrrrreat. She is so sweet and does a very diligent job. Not perfect, but diligent and my cuticles look great. My only tip is that because they don’t have a reservationist, come when you have a whole afternoon to spare to sit and read a book while all the other local women are getting their acryllic nails sanded [for like an hour ha]. And bring your own bottle of Essie Top coat because that is what will keep your nail polish on for weeks.

For a nail salon, it wasn’t bad. The service and the prices were decent. However, I will say that their choices of colors are limited and I walked out of there with a not so good feeling in my stomach, but it may have been me and not the salon. Overall, it wasn’t a bad place, I would definitely go there again.
