Oeuf has fantastic customer service. I had been emailing with Caitlin about coming to their office to pick up my items, rather having them shipped within Brooklyn. She was super responsive and made things extremely easy for me. My order was ready for pick up within two days. Thanks, Caitlin!

We bought a bed and dresser for our daughter who is 8. The website looked great and we were drawn to the site based on the writeups, photos and non VOC nature of the furniture. When we received the furniture we could not believe the low quality of the wood and finishes. It felt very cheap. We contacted the merchant, but they refused to allow a return (their return policy was very strict). We are currently disputing the purchase with Amex. They don’t stand behind their product at all and considering the price, this is very disappointing. We will never order from them again.

Oeuf is the best. For several years now, it’s been my go-​to shop for all things baby-​related, including furniture, clothing and everything in between.
One thing to note is that many of their clothes are alpaca, which isn’t always the easiest to care for or keep clean. You can’t, for instance, throw their sweaters in the washer or dryer. Well, you can, but you’ll be left with sock puppet accessories rather than clothes fit for human use.
However, that’s a relatively small price to pay for knit sweaters, pants and socks that are warm, comfortable and stylish (though not so «precious» that they look overdone or lame). Their clothes may be a bit pricier than other places, but you get what you pay for. This stuff has withstood the test of time and the customer service that comes with it can’t be beat.

Agata at the OeufNYC help desk is amazing! I have been waiting since July 2011 for my precharged (yes charged without shipping) Oeuf Toddler Conversion kit from DimplesBaby. Dimplesbaby of Brooklyn told me that this product was shipping directly from the manufacturer and was on backorder or the employees there would act surprised that I hadn’t received it yet. After months of trying to call and track down my product, I finally called Oeuf directly.
I spoke with Agata and she confirmed that my order was received, the product had already been in stock for months (yes it was initially back ordered) and that THEY were waiting for DimplesBaby to send Oeuf the money for the conversion kit!!! Can you believe it?
Agata contacted Louis at Dimplesbaby for me, emailed me updates and within 5 days (2 were weekend days) got my order shipped out AND emailed me a tracking number since DimplesBaby has not done so. Thank you Agata!
The Oeuf products are amazing. We have the Classic eco friendly crib and now in about a week, we will have the toddler conversion kit. I highly recommend this company and brand of baby furniture. Make sure you do your research on what company you purchase the crib/​accessories from, but the product quality is great.
