One World One Kitchen by Chef Charles NYC

I highly recommend Chef Charles and his team. He catered an event I had in my home on ⁶⁄₁₅ for 25 people. EVERYONE enjoyed each delectable creation Chef Charles put out. I had selected tuna tartar, crab cakes, mini beef wellingtons, chicken lollipops, seared scallops and the Asian station. All were exceptional. Chef Charles even threw in a beet salad, which I hate beets, yet find myself still craving that salad.
My guest list included a critical crowd of foodies and people that dine in some of the best restaurants in nyc on a nightly basis. I took a huge leap of faith selecting Chef Charles without knowing anyone personally that referred him and had tasted his food and my expectations were far exceeded!!!
In addition to the food all being delicious and presented beautifully, Chef Charles and his staff (sous chef, waiter and bartender) were all prompt and courteous, and all very attractive (a surprising bonus and one that was much appreciated by my crowd of fashion/​entertainment industry guests).
The absolute best review that I can give is that I am already planning my next party, just so I can hire Chef Charles!!!

Working with Chef Charles was an amazing experience. From the time we first made contact he was extremely professional, efficient and easy to work with. He worked with us to create the perfect menu for our cocktail party, within our budget. He made delicious passed Hors d’oeuvres, hot straight out of the kitchen, as well as a great serving station. He is extremely talented and his food is different and very flavorful.
Our guests were so impressed with the food. He has a great personality too and he made the entire experience fun for our guests.
Some of our favorite Hors d’oeuvres were, the spicy cilantro beef chinese rolls are crisp, mouth watering pan rolls filled with perfectly flavored beef. His green peppers filled with cheddar and anchovy has a wonderful kick to it and tastes amazing. The tuna tartar with wasabi drizzle is one of the best I’ve had, and his home made ravioli is exceptional!
We were so impressed and satisfied with our entire experience working with Chef Charles. He also went above and beyond his agreed time and work to ensure that our party was a success and the guests were fat and happy! It was a real pleasure and we will most definitely use his services again.

If you are looking for a world class catering experience you can do no better than Chef Charles. I hired him for cocktail party for my birthday and service was first class from the start — from working with me to prepare the perfect menu, providing excellent staff, and execution that exceeded all expectations while staying under my budget.
AND I HAVEN’T EVEN YET TOLD YOU ABOUT THE FOOD!
The party started with Charles’ veggie samosas… guests couldn’t get enough of them and even asked me about them the next day! Lobster rolls presented along with the lobster shell (see photo)… and bacon-​wrapped shrimp served bursting from a pineapple with jalapeño mango dipping sauce.
The curry coconut chicken satay was my personal favorite but that was only until I tried his wasabi tuna tartar and black hand-​pulled pasta with pork and shrimp (which Charles threw in for me for FREE because he knew I liked them and had a budget I needed to stay under). If there is heaven for a palate leave it to Chef Charles to find it — THIS COOKING IS NO JOKE.
Dinner ended with savory chocolate spring rolls and after dinner was over Charles and his staff helped bartend and cleaned everything up spotless.
I can’t wait to throw another dinner party with Chef Charles!
