Food is good. don’t get me wrong BUT they move ridiculously slow and charge for sauce. Asked for ketchup, BBQ sauce and they said I would have to pay extra. That’s crazy to me.

This is your basic neighborhood Chinese food. They offer among the better quality fast-food in the area, but are a little overpriced. They’re food may also be of better quality, but the food is not very differential from other similar places in the area in-terms of taste. They do see a lot of business due to their convenient location, but move a little slow too with both their in-house and delivery service. Their fried rice are decent, but the one plus is that they make great chicken wings and usually go light on the oil on the rest of their food. Overall, if you don’t mind the wait, they’re a good option for the neighborhood.

I went into the Panda House with high hopes because of all the«generous» reviews it got from my fellow Unilocalers. Unfortunately, I was set up for disappointment. The wait was long, they tried to take someone’s order before mine, they stole from a young boy and were rude! I was the second person to walk into the restaurant. I waited about three minutes just for the counter attendant to actually come to the counter! When she did come she was rude to add insult to injury. A man walked in after me and she began to take his order as if I wasn’t even standing right in front of her! After I set her straight, she took my order with even more attitude than she came to the counter with! While waiting for my food a young boy came in and asked how much six chicken wings and fried rice was. The counter attendant said $ 4.75. Not even half a second later one of the cooks pops into the front, mind you this is the fastest I’ve seen anyone move in this place, and says no it’s $ 6.50 and winks at the attendant. The poor kid went along with the second price not knowing any better. I guess anyway to make a few extra dollars off an unsuspecting«fool» is always a reward because he walked away with a very accomplished look on his greasy face! On leaving I wasn’t thanked or offered to come again which was good because even if my meal was free and they paid me to come back I would DECLINE. When I finally got in and tasted the chicken and broccoli I bought it was good but salty. Plus the bitter taste of poor customer service was still in my mouth. The Panda House is lucky to even get two stars from me. They’re food is what saved them.

I usually hate chinese wings because so rarely they taste fresh but the wings from this restaurant are the exception. Not bad.

When your hungry and want some food for a decent price order from here. Theres really no décor or ambiance to this place. Just a common take out Resturant look. They are often slow to prepared your order. But I dont mind the wait for cooked food. I agree with the others the food is less greasy than other Chinese restaurants, which I appreciate. chicken wings, general Tsao shrimp, fried rice.
