I wanted to try some new jewelry so I looked around this store on my way from Target. It was crowded with women who were being served by sales associates so I had to wait a few minutes, but a young woman asked me if I needed help as soon as she was free. I told her I was interested in a ring and she let me try on two diff sizes. She was very patient with me as well which I def appreciated. I walked out with my first Pandora piece afterward so I want to return and check out some more. The selection seemed pretty good, I am not sure what other Pandora stores look like so I can’t compare. The jewelry displays were gorgeous and I sang along to 90s R&B as I browsed lol. My only gripe is that this shop is so tiny but otherwise, it was a nice experience for my first time.

Wtf do these idiots have a signup sheet for when it’s only five people in this ghetto ass store? Why hasn’t this location shuttered? Who is in charge of this shoebox!!!

The sales people are good — definitely helpful. The manager on the other hand, is a complete 180. My boyfriend tried to exchange/return some items he purchased at this store and was given a horrible attitude by the aforementioned manager. She was on break, did not have her name tag on, and was apparently upset about having to help us. But I have worked in retail before and if there is any rule to live by, especially for items that require customers returning, it is customers come first. Plaster on a smile if you have to. I am disappointed. It is CERTAIN we will never return to this Pandora. I completed the remainder of my exchanges and purchases at Soho — who helped us with a smile. It was such a pleasure to be there. Perhaps they should undergo some shadowing/training before running a store.
