Papa John’s Pizza

Very bad service. They didn’t come for delivery. But they was laying. I’m never gonna order here anymore.

Never ordering from this place again. After waiting for an hour, the Incompetent driver shows up and leaves food with security guards without telling me. But, there is more. He/​she forgot to bring the soda and breadsticks. Unbelievable that papa jones just hires anyone to do their job.

Last night I ordered a pizza and the projected time was 32 – 42 minutes. Sounds typical so I didn’t have any worries. Exactly 2 hours later the pizza arrives. 2 hours!!! I asked the delivery guy (who apparently didn’t want a tip because I have specific instructions to deliver to my door as opposed to his car window to receive a tip) why it took so long. «Busy» was the pathetic response. The pizza wasn’t even warm by the time I received it. I had to eat it because I was beyond hungry therefore I can’t even pursue a refund. If you like to gamble, then order from this location!

Decent pizza, not always the most consistent but it’s about as good as you’re gonna get with only Little Caesar’s around and the closest Dominoes down towards Flushing. There were a couple instances where my pizza wasn’t thin baked as requested. Or no soda came with my order as stated.
I’ve always dealt with cool workers here. Idk about delivery since that seems to be the biggest complaint. But to be honest, no restaurant around this neighborhood delivers on time consistently. Just pick up your grub.

I am writing this review as I patiently wait for the delivery guy/​girl to show up at my door. It has been an hour since I received my delivery confirmation. I am only ordering from here despite the terrible reviews because of a promo code that gives me a free medium pizza. Free pizza on Valentine’s Day? Sounds like a dream. Then again, it’s 1 degree F outside, so I will let this one slide.
… Delivery just arrived. The woman was very friendly. This would’ve only been a one star rating if it weren’t for her politeness.

Worst ever! After waiting 45 minutes past our ETA, I tried calling them up and it took 75 tries to get through to a person. They informed me the food was just now going in the oven. I told her by this point to cancel the order (unfortunately we had a time restraint and couldn’t wait). She hung up on me. I tried calling back and gave up. Finally we ate something else and my boyfriend left, but on his way out he came back with the order that finally arrive an hour and 45 minutes late. AND it was incorrect. Worst part: we can’t even call up the store to get the order correct because we would probably be stuck on the phone for another 75 tries.

I know it’s a chain and nobody really cares, but it’s been over 1.5 hours and no food. It’s not the super bowl or a busy time. Should have looked up reviews before ordering…

This place is so bad, it deserves no stars. Ordered pizza at 6:30, it doesn’t get here until 9:30 and its cold. Don’t waste your time.

One of the worse experience I’ve ever had and ordering pizza at a location in my life. This was my first time ordering Papa John’s pizza ever and they made my experience a living hell costing me more money. I usually eat Domino’s but I wanted to try out their new epic’s meats pizza and it was one of the worst mistakes that I could’ve ever committed so far. The cook got my pizza wrong and try to compensate by giving me the messed up pizza and give me the one that I ordered but then made a real smart mouth comments after I told them that they are causing me more time that they told me I was spent at the location so I just walked out From that experience and now I know why I continue to eat pizza at dominoes never again with Papa John’s.

This is absolutely the worst papa johns location ever. I’ve been ordering from papa johns for years in multiple states. Not only is the service obnoxiously slow but today I received cold food. I contacted the manager, didn’t get his name but he had an Indian accent, and he told me there was no way my food could be cold and papa johns policy says its okay if food is delivered cold. Does this make sense??? I think not. And to top it off they forget the pizza sauce with the knots. How hard can that be? So now I’m stuck with lukewarm bread and no dipping sauce. I’m sure there are other things in the world to be upset over, but when you spend 20 bucks on food you tend to get a little pissed. My only saving grace was the papa johns headquarters who told me they would resolve the issues in under five days. So if shit doesn’t get resolved they’re in for a problem.

Worse location to order from. They take over an hour and a half to deliver your pizza, and expect you to pay delivery fee etc. I have given them the benefit of the doubt by ordering twice and this is it for me. Do yourself a favor, STARVE BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Their customer service is the worse, every time you call, «driver is on the way», yeah? If the driver was on the way, pizza would had been here a half an hour ago.

I have ordered from this location several times. It usually takes between an hour and an hour and a half to deliver. When the food arrives it’s cold. Often times they forget sides and either won’t come back with them or only come back when it’s convenient. I have said several times that I won’t order from them again. The only reason I ever order from them is because they are the only place that delivers past midnight.

I ordered breadsticks two hours ago. It’s getting harder and harder to hold on to this fantasy that they’ll ever show up.

Multiple problems with deliveries coming hours late or not at all. A recurring issue regarding not picking up the phone. I called corporate, they claimed that the business was going to call me. It didn’t happen.

This place is the worst!!! I placed an order online. Accident placed two of the same order. I called the store they said no problem the would edit the order. When the order arrived they told me the total was $ 28.00 for $ 17.00 special. I refused to pay that amount. I gave the driver $ 23.00 and I called the facility he said because he changed the order I had to pay the store price (this was not in the original convo) I refused. It just did not make since. I called online customer service. They said they will handle the issue. I then received several harassing call for the same gentlemen at the facility cursing me out. He called me 4 times. The told me he will never send food to my address again. He does not have to worry about that!!! I will never order from there again. So disrespectful!!! I’m and completely disgusted.

Probably the worst customer service ever, Orlando the manager decides to call customers Nigga and boss when he speaks to people on the phone about an order that was not executed correctly. Will never ever order from here again, even the Chinese places in the area would have replaced the order without question. Needless to say, my family of 4 didn’t eat because of the callousness of this manager. Hopefully upper management will fire this guy if they are smart.

Ordered pizza at 9pm. Received call from them about replacing an out of stock soda at ~945pm was told leaving «now» Called back at ~1040 «he is on his way». Called back at 1130 He is 10 mins away. Call back at 12am to cancel. Got my address and hung up on me instantly.
Ill be real. Overall they were mediocre. From the «you come to my car and Ill hand you the pizza from out my window» to the «The above and with passengers and loud music playing» To the most unprofessional looking drivers who look like they would mug you if no one else was around.
I got one thing for em.

I would give this place less than one star if that was an option.
Absolute worst customer service of all time, bunch of kids who don’t give a f$$$ running this place.
Ordered twice from seamless for a delivery to NEVER receive my food, why? Because once they ran out of pizza, I know, THEY RAN OUT OF PIZZA. No one thought they should call and let anyone know, because why would that make sense. Second time «we never received your order» and «now we’re not delivering anymore»
Haha! What the f$$$, you’re supposed to serve pizza and deliver, and for some reason they can’t seem to get either of those things down. Save your money (and precious moments of your life) and never order from here.

Don’t Order From Here
This is the worst Papa John’s in the nation. I’ve ordered online three times. I gave them three chances to let me down and it’s a silly move on my part. Each time the pizza always takes longer than 40 minutes. Also I called on the phone and no one answered for 10 minutes. Then when they picked up they immediately said hold on and placed me on a 5 minute hold.
Don’t give them your money online, you’ll just lose it and then get a cold pizza 1.5 hours later.

Normally, this place is decent. On halloween, we ordered, and were told it would be 50 – 60 minutes.
Nope.
72 minutes later, I call and they tell me theyre on their
Way.
90 minutes later, the driver calls and says theyre 10 minutes away, and to have my ID and debit card.
I understand delays on busy holidays, I just wish the emailed message wasnt so misleading. Wiah i knew the accurate wait time BEFORE I paid a 20 percent tip on credit card.
Also, nearly EVERY time I order from here, driver calls several times en route, then asks me to come outside and doesnt get out of the car to give me the pizza.
