Party Fair

I went in this store and was at the counteri in the process of purchasing more than $ 200.00 worth of merchandise for my 5 year old sons birthday. My son needed to use the bathroom. I was told there was no bathroom… REALLY… I asked to speak with the manager. He said it is for employees only… I left the merchandise at the counter and walked out! What a terrible store. I will never shop there again!

Feels like another party city but a little bit smaller…
Party City will probably have what you are looking for then this place… extremely limited when it comes to certain products…
You would go kinda nuts at party fair just because this place can be messy and the staff is not helpfully…

One of the most terrible customer service experience. The register staff is rude and they are doing a «favor» selling to you overpriced Chinese made stuff. A real disappointment. I think a street table in China town is more courteous. Too bad.

Come for any of your party needs. Even if their is a line it goes fast. Open all year round. Not the best service as far as friendliness, but they get the job done.

They are a bunch of crooks and scam artist I took my 7 yearold son there for a Halloween costume they had next to nothing that fit him so there was a Spider-​Man costume that they kept saying would fit there’s no fittingroom so you have to try it on in front of the store so I did and it was tight on him so one of girls who work there said that’s because he has clothing underneath so I trusted her and said fine I bought it so I got home and noticed the costume was ripped and very tight without his clothing so I went back there the nextday and they told me that there is no refund exchange only so I was told they don’t have his size so so they called the manager over a damn Moran name richie and I told him show me on the receipt where it says no refunds exchange only and of course he could not do it. Don’t waste your time going there they are liars and crooks hopefully they will be out of business soon do the whole neighborhood a favor Thankyou

I order balloons from them all the time for family and work events. They always do a very nice job for a reasonable price. There is also an large selection of party supplies. I’d recommend them for providing balloons and decorations for school events. I’ve never gotten a nasty attitude from anyone there.

They have a lot of party items for sale here. A lot of which can be cheaper online but it’s a store so no complaints there. They have tons and tons of costumes during Halloween time and I’m sure everyone from Bensonhurst comes here for their Halloween costumes. During the rest of the seasons throughout the year they have lots of party supplies accommodating anything and everything. Decent prices and lots of items. It’s the only party store around so I’m happy that they’re even there. Oh! they also make balloons for birthdays/​graduations/​get wells etc.

Party Fair is the best place in the area for Halloween costume/​party needs. They are open year-​round and have all the stuff you will want for birhday, religious, bachelor/​bachelorette and wedding parties.
They have a large selection of greeting cards year-​round and you’ll also find a nice selection of candy during Halloween
