It’s not my first time here, but it’s a big difference between Brooklyn and Long Iand. Okay they are more friendlier I. Long Island they are willing to help you with questions. This guy just nodded, dry eyes and dry face
. And trust me I do reverse psychology by killing ppl with kindness. With people who just doesn’t have good customer service it don’t grace the situation. Pizza was good though, I wish they deliver because my friend lives right down the block. Anyway pls smile next time.

I’ve never in my life experienced this type of service. I ordered my food hours before closing. I’m waiting 2 hours for delivery well 2 hours and 47 mins. I’ve been hung up on 2 times after I called and they said the delivery man was 2 mins away. I still have no food and my card has been charged.

I’ve risen my rating from 2 to 3 stars. When I called the next day to complain about my messed up order the manger was sympathetic and very helpful. I’m a stickler for good customer service and I appreciate their kindness… Now it’s just to get a hot fresh pie…

I had very high hopes for a pizza hut within the community of Canarsie, but was deeply disappointed by the obscene staff and terrible service. I write this review to let people know what kind of service they are paying for and what they are not. The service I paid for was the food of my choosing and for everything I ordered to reach the destination of my choosing. What I did not pay for (tip was given to the deliverer, on two separate occasions) was for half of the food i ordered. When I called back to let the very «skilled» and «intelligent» workers of the situation they told me the driver will be on his way back with the order (on two separate occasions). After an hour and a phone call with no answer I had assumed they were not going to show up. As for those who are reading this review, if you do happen to order from this Pizza Hut please leave your experience here on Unilocal.Thank you.

Horrible service! A couple of days ago, I walked in and ordered a simple, personal pan pizza… bad idea… waited 30 mins with a crowd of pissed off people. Today, I’ve been calling since 5:15. An automated system picks up, plays on loop, and then hangs up. I would even pick the pizza up… IF THEY WOULD STOP HANGING UP AND LET ME PLACE THE ORDER! They’re also the only location not taking online orders. I can’t stand this place. Back to Domino’s I go. I don’t even want to give them one star.

Very unprofessional!!! I placed an order one hour before closing and when I called back after closing to find out where my order was everyone was very rude and nasty and rushing me of the phone with the (WE’RE CLOSED) yet my credit card had been charged and I have still not received my order now 45 mins after closing!
