Had an absolutely wonderful experience with this place! I had to go in to repair my iphone 6 screen (got dropped and shattered.) The prices here are lower than you’ll find ANYWHERE else. A generic screen was $ 90 and an original apple screen is $ 115. I was told it would be ready the next day, but to my surprise he called 2 hours later saying it was ready! I definitely recommend this place, the guy is extremely nice :)

I am a computer and networking professional and I don’t always have time to be in two places at once or I do not have the patience to swap out a power port on a laptop for one of my assistants– Richard was so helpful and knowledgeable not to mention reasonable that I keep going back and sending my friends all the time! I don’t know if I can write more than on review as I rarely write them, but Richard and his team will fix whatever you need!
Just to mention a few things he helped me with in the past 2 weeks:
1-​power port on the laptop– kids pull the plug to the side and it gets loose/​broken
2– changed a iPhone 4s screen
3– changed a iPad 1^st generation! Screen — didn’t think anyone could still do that!
4– swapped out a screen on an old Dell laptop.
And the prices are very good!

The business owner is an amazing man. He charged a very low and honest price. The mother board was broken in my computer and he only charged me $ 295 to fix. I was happy with the result and I go to him the 2^nd time to clean my computer. He only charge me $ 65 including installing Microsoft office — which by Microsoft will charge me $ 99 per year. I highly recommend him if your computer is broken!

contacted him in the weekday afternoon and he replied fast even willing to come to pick up the computer at that night! (because he was happened to be around the area, but still so nice
the turn over time is less then 24 hours! the price is way friendly than getting a new computer!

My first visit: I would say that this guy who runs the store is super friendly. I came in to reformat two laptops, one windows and one mac! He did a perfect job, especially the mac! Way better than going to the Apple store! I don’t have to travel all the way to the city! Reasonable price and it didn’t take that long for me to pick up my laptops. Apparently he repairs iPhones to like screen replacements or battery or parts related as well. This will be my go to place for any technological needs!
My second time here (3 weeks later): I spilled wine on my Macbook air by accident, so I called Apple and they don’t cover water damagers and gave me a quote for $ 700+ for just basics and $ 1000+ depending upgrades I had on it. So I took it to Protech Center and got it repaired for WAY less than what Apple quoted me. And I mean WAY less. Everything was intact, he even repaired my ssd hard drive when it was supposed to be a goner, and all my original files were still there as well. Definitely making this my go to spot for all computer repairs!
