Insensitive people working here. Our viewing was from 4 to 8 and one more hour was requested because there was so many people there who came after work. And the woman working there said fine. One more hour. But your responsible for the cleanup if there’s a mess. Why are you acting like you’re even doing something other than just sitting in your office? I’m sorry someone’s passing is an inconvenience to you aka it’s your job. Where’s the sensitivity towards to family? These moments are hard enough without having to deal with insensitive and people with disgusting attitudes. Completely disgusting customer service. Would never ever recommend to anyone. Ever. Doesn’t even deserve the one star.
