I am standing in the store with a return and the receipt. They refuse to do the return unless I have the exact card. I have the card that card was replaced with after my wallet was stolen, but not the same number. It is obviously possible to do returns without the card, as you can mail in returns.
So yeah. I have receipt and item with me, but no return.

I’ve been to this location a few times, over the last year, and they’ve always been helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable of the store and what they do (and don’t) have in stock. The prices could be better on the smaller items, but that is not a reflection on the quality of the store. I will continue to shop here!
