Rambug Pest Control

Love this company. I call they come they execute! That’s all I need. If you have pest issue or just need pest control maintenance call Rambug. Oh and did I mention the prices are great too. Even sometimes when I forget I get my friendly reminder from Rose who is always pleasant

Marco from Rambug, nice italian kid –Recently serviced my apt for mice and cockroaches. He went above and beyond.
Highly recommend him, if you’re looking for pest control.

Last summer, my husband and I found that our apartment was infested with bedbugs. They sent a representative out the same day we called, and he quoted us with what seemed a very fair price. It took five treatments to defeat them, but since then, not only have we not seen any bedbugs, we haven’t seen *any* bugs at all! Hopefully we never will see them again in our apartment, but if we do, we’ll be calling Rambug!

This place is one of the cheapest option that I could find for my company. They are not excellent in service and communication but they are not rude people.
Pay with cash is the best option. I kind of hope if they had discount by making one year or half year contract.
The lady on the phone has decent patience and remembers customers well.
Only wish that the staff who comes to do the actual work would dress clean and nice.
We do not have any bug or mice issues, but just we have to do have the treatment, so I’m not sure if their extermination is effective or not
At least I would like to feel clean and fresh after they come for us.
As long as I see no mice and no roach I would keep using their service, unless I find way to do it on my own.
Only mice I would be okay to see is mickey.

I cannot yet report on the success rate of the treatment (they just did the second treatment), but my experience thus far with the level of professionalism and service has been below par.
My management company arranged for Rambug to come in for a treatment. From the first call, the receptionist was extremelly rude and unprofessional. No instructions were received on how to behave post treatment and when I called to find out, I received hostility and attitude. In fact, by this time, I expected the hostility and that I would be spoken to like a 4 year old, since it was the standard with every query.
Overall, they make be good at what they do, but their customer service is absolutely terrible. What is a person like that doing answering phones for a business? It was an unnecessary headache in an already difficult situation.

My landlord had these guys come to take care of a bug problem. The first time they came the guy spent 20 minutes at my house and the problem returned the next day.
My LL rescheduled them for a 2^nd spraying however they were 3.5 hours late. When I called about status I spoke a really rude lady who hung up on me after my last call.
After speaking to the owner we set up another appointment and he showed up on time and did a very thorough spraying. If the treatment is effective I will follow up and bump up my rating.
