Alowest employees ever. Have been here many times and every time I have to wait in line for a while, even if there are 2 people in front of me. What a shame

Terrible customer service, extremely long lines for no reason. I go to rite aid because they’re the only ones who carry a specific brand I need but this one always has a extremely long line and is always understaffed. I hope management take this into consideration.

WORSTRITEAIDEVER. If that could ever be an accomplishment because every RITEAID Ive ever been to has crazy, slow lines and apathetic workers. I love CVS, DUane Reade and Walgreens because their workers by far have a better disposition and the lines are not deep. This Rite Aid has never satisfied me. I will be calling and writing letters because this place just sucks.

The worst. Consistently understaffed so there’s at least a 10 – 15 minute wait at the register no matter what time you go in. Staff does not seem to give a shit — which is understandable since they’re probably paid and treated like shit. Last resort.

Every time I come here the line takes way longer than it should. I don’t just mean the sort of line where there’s a ton of people but even when there’s just 2 or three people ahead of you, it can take a good while, even with three cashiers working. On days when there is serious people traffic during holidays especially, the line can stretch pretty much halfway to the back of the store and go extremely slow. With 2 people ahead of me today, A.K.A. I was at the front of the line, as they were being helped by cashiers, it still took a while. In other words: 2 people ahead of me 3 cashiers Still took a while. lol But still though, they are always stocked with a lot of stuff, so it’s really all about what you need and how much time you have.

You have to commend this Rite-Aid for its ability to keep up with the amount of traffic it sees on a daily basis. Nothing ever looks out of order. What’s even better is that over the years, they have started to stock more and more«healthy» and international fare in the food section. You can find ethnic snacks, organic meals and gluten free crisps. There is a huge variety of juices and drinks in the cooler and the supplements section is enormous. The cosmetics section has products that Target does not carry. They offer film and other items that are not readily found at big-box stores. The employees have always been nothing but professional and courteous to me. The downside to this Rite-Aid is that because it is right next to the entrance/exit to the train, there is almost always going to be a line between 3 – 10 people deep, which puts the average customer in a state of peril. On the bright side, you get to listen to amusing gripes from your fellow queue mates as the line grows longer.

The service here sucks. I just went in for trail mix before the gym and I witnessed three crimes of bad customer service in minutes! Lol First eveebody was just in the front chatting and watching you as you walk in. If you going to stare just say wassup! Second I asked, «where can I find the trail mix? One chick said one thing and another said something else. Just walk me there! That would’ve been nice! Finally LP(loss prevention) or the store cops kept following me. So yes… never again!

I’ve lived around the corner from this Rite Aid for 6 years and avoid it like the plague. No matter what time of day you go here you are bound to find a long slow moving line with slow cashiers and apathetic managers. Other Rite Aid stores in the area are much better. The pharmacy is just as bad so I go across the street to Target instead where they treat me better and don’t have an attitude with the customers. The only reason they are doing well is because of the location. Customer service at its worse.

I was in desperate need of dental floss so I stopped in. Soon as I found my product, I joined the line where I witnessed a cashier get frustrated with a customer who decided to have three items removed from her purchase. I don’t know if they’re short-handed on Sundays but it took a while for(whom I assume was the manager) to assist the cashier with canceling the multiple purchases. If I was the cashier, I’d be frustrated too. Dealing with customers is one issue, but waiting on your supervisor for help is another pain. That’s why I’m not in retail. I have no idea how the matter was resolved, because I wanted to get the heck out of there. It’d be nice if there was more than two registers open on a sunny Sunday afternoon in such a high traffic area.
