They got my order wrong, not once, but TWICE. I ordered lip balms in plenty of time to be delivered for a show, and despite my explicit instructions on label colors, they printed incorrectly. When I asked for a rush reprint, they denied the problem was their fault. I asked to return the product for a refund, and they said they had to «look into it» first. There are plenty of places that do excellent work and have excellent customer service — this isn’t one. Steer clear.
