Salvatore J Durante, DDS

Dr. Durante is so great. I was new in town, uninsured and had been having tooth pain for over a month. Thinking it was a sinus infection (since I take good care of my teeth and had a check-​up with my old dentist before before moving), I ignored it for way too long. Eventually when the pain just got too bad, I saw Dr. Durant (thanks Unilocal!), who was able to see me right away. He gave me the bad news (kindly) and got me started with the process of a root canal right away. He was very understanding of my general dental anxieties, and really put my fears to rest. Everyone always uses root canals as the gold standard for the worst thing, and I mean, it hasn’t been fun, but it’s been more of an inconvenience than anything else. Dr. Durante went out of his way to make sure I was ok and as comfortable as possible. Since the whole root canal thing is a long process, he’s also been great about seeing me between appointments and answering questions if I’m concerned about something. Really, I just can’t say enough good about him. Great dentist and very nice guy.

He is the best. Dr. Durante is kind, gentle, smart and always available to speak to if I have a tooth issue. He always explains everything to you. The office is extremely clean and peaceful. I recommend all my friends and coworkers to him. I always love going for my checkups and cleanings he is the best.

Dr. Durante is an amazingly good dentist, the best I’ve had in 49 years living all over the USA. He loves technology, so he always has the latest gadgets when he judges that they’ll help his patients. He doesn’t overbook — I can’t remember ever waiting for more than five minutes. He’s also a great communicator — he explains what he’s going to do and what my options are in language I can understand. I recommend him unreservedly.
