Don’t do it. Whatever you do, please don’t select this company for your cleaning services solution.
I signed up for 12 2-​hour sessions with SaniClean. I scheduled the appointments weekly.
The first appointment showed up 30 minutes late and tossed $ 30 cloth mop heads.
The second appointment was 20 minutes late, but to their credit they stayed 45 minutes longer than scheduled to make up for the first appointment.
Third appointment? No show.
Fourth appointment? No show.
Despite nearly a dozen emails and phone calls between the third and fourth appointment, they haven’t returned my voice mails and only once returned an email saying «they would reach out to the technician in question.»
I would have been completely understanding if warned in advance, but this is a service based in part consistancy and trust. I have little faith in SaniClean commitment to either given my experience.
