Sharda is the man! He notarized my business documents. It was a smooth and easy process. And then he was sweet enough to say, I hope I get customers as nice as me. Who needs to recite personal affirmation if I can just go to sharda!

I went here recently to get a DBA notarized. It was a very easy process, and as others have noted in their reviews, they open early (7 am). I had been anxious about doing this after reading reviews of other copy stores that sell legal documents and am so glad I discovered and ended up going to Sharda.
The building was a bit difficult to spot (I ended up walking right by). But once you’re there, Sharda is on the left as you walk in, a little kiosk selling drinks, candies and snacks. You’ll also spot envelopes and a small «notary» sign.

Why am I reviewing an office shop? Because this place is awesome. I read such AWFUL reviews about getting a DBA (form x201) from a store right around the corner from this place on Court Street, so I really really really wanted to avoid that one. One of the reviews for that other place mentioned there was a news kiosk across the street, but I asked a bunch of people, and I really think they meant this place. It is located at 26 Court Street, and is at the candy shop on the bottom floor after you go through the revolving doors. They instantly knew what I needed and also notarized it for $ 11. that is a deal. They even told me how to fill it out, told me what building to go to and the fees there. They were super friendly, and didn’t try to rip me off. They open early too so if you want to go there before heading to the County Clerk’s office, it is totally doable.
By the way Unilocal,the name of this place has a typo! (their receipt says Sharda Office Supplies — not Supples)…

I had to get my DBA and I had read about the other supply place on court and was a bit worried since everyone wrote that they have shady business practices. This morning I opted to try Sharda which is in an office building and it it a booth right when you enter the lobby. The guy was friendly, helped me fill out the form, and notarized it for me all for $ 11! Bring cash no credit cards. When I went to the court I was able to get my DBA quickly. Thank you for being kind and helpful it is rare these days.

We order things from Sharda at the office all the time. This man has EVERYTHING!!! I’m sure he will sell you a car if you need.
Sharda has all the office supplies you may need including any kind of forms and stamps.
They also deliver same day. Great little business he has going on here. (BTW, he is in the kiosk at 26 Court. I’m not sure where he stores all his supplies. LOL!)
